This liner is beautiful! If you line the inner membrane of the eye with the pencil, the whites of your eyes will pop! They do this on the runway with this color!

Received this from a swap, and since then this has been my favorite colored eyeliner. Blue Lotus flatters my eyes and makes them appear brighter. I also like using this on my upper lashline as eyelid color when I'm too lazy to put on eyeshadow. Gotta love this!Ü
