I was buying several other Kanebo products from an eBay seller based in Hong Kong, and I figured I'd add this little bottle of sunscreen to my order, mostly for the novelty of owning a SPF 115 PA+++ sunscreen. Everything on the label and packaging is written in Japanese, so I can't be sure what's in the sunscreen, but my best guess is that it's chemical, given that it's from Japan and doesn't leave a white cast. It has a very runny, thin consistency and dries to a matte, almost powdery feeling finish. It doesn't have much of a scent and seems to behave nicely underneath makeup. It's water-resistant, although I'm not sure how long this will actually wear since I've never really put it to the test. I figure that it's nice to have for skiing or high-altitude hiking, but not for everyday use.
