This product (along with the rest of the Middleweight line) was my first introduction to Bliss products, and it will be my last. It is a limp lotion and does nothing for my skin. I want my cleanser to *clean*--is that too much to ask?

This is a light lotion cleanser with an orange scent to it. It takes off light to moderate makeup including mascara without irritating my rosacea-sensitized skin, but I can't see this getting off heavy makeup. Good for winter, when my skin is drier, but it does leave a residue that fogs up my contacts. I bought this when it was at TJMaxx for $5 and I'm pleased with it at that price, but for $23, you can find a more elegantly formulated cleanser out there.

I was so disappointed with this cleanser. It didn't irritate my slightly dry, sensitive skin, but it didn't remove all of my make-up and left such a greasy residue that I had to use another cleanser to remove it. I gave it a few chances just to see if it was a fluke but had the same results every time.

Nice, non-foaming, creamy-ish (not quite luxurioursly creamy) cleanser that has worked fairly well for my normal-to-combo skin. It doesn't dry my winter skin out, but it doesn't quite remove all my makeup, either. I do like the fruity scent. Not a replacement for my beloved Anna Carera Botanical Cleanser, but not a bad product.

I keep giving this a try and each time it leaves an oily residue on my skin. I do put it on my dry face, use my fingertips to rub it around, then wash off with warm water.
I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Plus, I don't pick up the orangey scent at all. Mine smells funny and it kind of makes me gag. I have to use it quickly. And, it doesn't clean up my eye makeup at all! continued >>

*revised review* I like the pump container, the creamy feel, and the fact that it doesn't make me break out or give me the slightest bit of dryness. It's better for me in winter when my skin is drier. I find it to be about the same as any other milky or lotion cleanser at makeup removal; I wear very little makeup, but traces remain unless I use the companion toner or a washcloth. (For makeup removal, it works best if applied to dry skin.) It's gentle but not 100% effective; after many years of experimenting, I haven't found anything that is both. It's a bit pricey for me to use as an everyday cleanser, but I love it mixed with sugar as a facial scrub. (Mix to a thin paste with regular, extrafine or superfine sugar depending on skin sensitivity.) Smells yummy and leaves my skin silky smooth.

The best part about this cleanser is the wonderful orange scent! Aside from that, this cleanser does a great job at removing my makeup and leaves my skin feeling so soft! I have combo skin and it doesn't irritate or make me break out. I do feel like I need a toner sometimes if I'm wearing more makeup than my everyday look (Middleweight toner is great, same heavenly scent!), but I still give this cleanser a high recommendation!

This is the only product for my combo skin that didn't dry me out or wasen't too rich. It got my breakout under control and the smell is fantastic. It got rid of the makeup, howeber I do feel you need a toner afterwards (their middleweight toner is perfect), the price sucks though but you can find it on ebay for around 15$ or so.

I love everything about this cleansing milk: the perky orange scent, its creamy, yet light, texture. Bought a few to swap and I'm so glad I decided to keep one to try! My skin feels wonderfully soft and silky after use. Not drying or irritating at all. My first product from BL, this has become an everyday staple.

I really like the smell of this stuff! Smelled kind of light orangy/peachy, very refreshing. I love the way it actually takes all my makeup off, even the mascara and eyeliner! I know a lot of people havent had good luck with it, but so far it's doing ok for me. :)

This smells sooo nice and feels great! Too bad it broke my skin out into tiny zits! (Yuck!) Maybe for normal skin during the winter.

actually, i'm not sure if i will buy this line again. i was so thrilled to get my whole middleweight cleansing set, but i'm not convinced this is the "it" line for me. cleanser removes makeup well (i don't wear a lot anyway), but it seems as if i must use the toner to get the "real clean" i'm seeking. plus, my skin actually looks weird to me after using for a week. not dry; not oily.... just not "bright". i'll keep using for another week (they'll only take it back if it's less than 20% used), and then i'll decide. perhaps i should be going for the "low fat" line???? just not sure, and kinda disappointed that i wasn't "wowed" by this one. SO - i'm still searching :)

I used to use the Remede Milky cleanser (discontinued), and this reminds me of it. I love the smell, it's gentle yet my skin feels clean after ward. I still need an eye makeup remover afterwards, though. Update - after a week of using this, I'm not really satisfied as I was. Yes, it's gentle, but I need something more cleansing. I'll probably go back to my Sage Shampoo.

As always, it's very disappointing to spend $23 on a cleanser that turns out to be a dud. DON'T WASTE YOU'RE MONEY. Unless I'm using it incorrectly, this did not remove a trace of my makeup. I have had to use other cleaser to render my face makeupless. What a disappointment.

Originally I liked this cleansing milk a lot but after getting hooked on Awake's skincare line I've decided that this is just 'ok'. For me it was too greasy for Summer. Maybe will try again once the cold weather rolls around again.

I was so excited when I found out that Bliss was developing their own skincare line in the terms of cleanser, toner, moisturizer etc., that I jumped to buy it the minute it came out. To be quite frank, this item is very nice, it is wonderfully creamy, completely removed all my makeup and left my skin soft, hydrated and comfortable. I can do without the price ($23 for 8 fl.oz.) but what I did noticed was that Bliss' entire skincare line reminded me very much of Remede's old (and sorely missed) line. This product is the closest thing the the discontiued Milky Wash from Remede that I could find. I would buy this again.

Yuk, I decided to try this since I like the moisture lotion, but this cleanser was NOT for me. While it removed makeup well, it left a greasy, weird film all over my face. My skin didn't feel clean at all. I also suspect that it was responsible for the breakout I suffered a few days later. Oh well.
