Keep in mind -- generally, the higher the SPF, the greasier it is. I have combination skin and this sunscreen is too oily for me. But it would be great for anything under the neck.

This is a very reliable 8-hour sunblock, and has great coverage. Only thing I don't like is that this product makes me smell like "beach." They should come up with a fragrance-free version!

I use it as a facial lotion! I have dry facial skin (and I live in Montreal, which doesn't help) and this product works much better for me than regular moisturizers. It has Jojoba oil which is the closest thing to sebum, and that's important for dry skin. Bonus : it has SPF (duh!!)

I would give this product 0 lippies if I could. I burned when I wore this sunscreen, something which I rarely do. Fortunately, I had used it on my arms, and a different product on my face (an old tried and true sunscreen that I was running short of).
I would not recommend this Coppertone to anyone. I had even reapplied it after 90 minutes of working in our yard. It's the only sunscreen I have used where I have received an actual red painful burn.
I threw it out.

This product is not oil-free (it contains jojoba oil) but it's great. I used it on my face, and I'm surprised that it didn't feel heavy, really greasy or break me out. I usually use this product when I go swimming because it's waterproof, and it's moisturizing.
I actually intended on using this sunblock lotion during the winter as my facial moisturizer, since it would be great for the really cold, dry Canadian winters when skin really needs moisturizing.
I have the 220 mL bottle, which I bought for $9.99 at Loblaws.
EDIT: i've reduced the rating because it's just too slimy and smells too much. continued >>
