I found this as was cleaning up my makeup drawers. I had this for several years and I can recall trying to use it a handful of times. It is just too hard and glittery. When applying the glitter shows on and all around the eyeline, but hardly any of the pencil itself. So, had to throw it away without getting any use out of it.

i have this in Charcoal and i actually prefer this to the Chanel one in Silver. this Charcoal eyeliner from Bloom is just SOOOOOO pretty. the glitter is chunkier than the Chanel one, yet still subtle. because of the chunkier glitter it stands out better! the texture is good, not as creamy as Chanel but it still glides on easily and its not harsh on the delicate eye area at all.

i line the bottom of my eyes with this and this makes a great smokey-eye pencil! packaging wise, i just wish they came in with a smudger on the other end like Chanel. having said that, i will still keep buying this because of the color! and i'll give this a 4 =)

EDIT: turns out, this pencil is just too hard to be considered an eyeliner. it tears my eyelid every time i put this on. and i can find something of so much better quality for so much cheaper. i'm using Shiseido's Majolica Majorca. goes on SMOOTHLY, no tearing, and the color selection is just beautiful. how about those little glitters? just magnificent. continued >>
