I just started using this strawberry shower gel a month ago.
Pros: It smells like REAL strawberries in the shower and it lathers up really well. I have terrible acne on my back and my chest, but after a month of use it has cleared everything up.
Cons: The smell doesn't last at all. As soon as you're out of the shower it's gone. While my back and chest acne is completely gone, it dried my skin up to the point where I have flaky patches in different parts of my skin and when I bent over to pick something up the other day, it was unbelievable painful because my dry skin CRACKED on my lower back! My skin is dry to the point where I don't even think my regular moisturizer is helping at all; for the first time in my life I'm actually thinking about getting a heavy DEEP moisturizer.
I think that this is an awesome bacne fix, but it's something that you should use in moderation or paired with a really, really good moisturizer. Personally, I'll probably end up switching between this shower gel and a more moisturizing one, but once I use up this bottle I don't plan on repurchasing it because I'm sure that there is a shower gel out there that can clear up my bacne without causing my skin to flake/crack this bad.
This smells of artificial strawberries. The scent is too sweet for me but my boyfriend loves it. It is a nice shower gell and lathers very well. The 200ml bottle lasts a very long time as it is such a thick gel and you only need a little amount fr your whole body.
I will bye another body shop shower gell as the formulas a nice, but I didn't like this scent.
I like the scent of this one. Strawberry lollipop. Lathers well and rinses easily with no residue but I don't find it moisturizing.
This is a "just sweet enough" strawberry gel that lathers well and can also be used for shaving. It doesn't have the plastic, synthetic edge that so many retailers' strawberry products have. Another winner from The Body Shop.
Nice shower gel that smells like natural strawberries but not so good for my sensitive/eczema skin. I got the biggest bottle with the pump because it was on sale and I hate the packaging! It's hard to get the product out and you have to pump a few times before you get a decent amount. If you like this showergel don't buy it in the pump bottle but get the one without!
I am a fan of this childish, gooey, spun-sugar strawberry cocktail. It’s so unashamedly nostalgic, full of boiled sweets and E numbers, that it never fails to make me smile, even if like with all nostalgia trips through an adult’s lens, there’s a hint of sadness to pre-teen revelry.

I've used many shower gels from TBS (including this, satsuma, shea, dreams unlimited and some others from the Earth Lovers range) and this and the satsuma one are my absolute favourites! This shower gel has a really sweet fragrance and a pretty red colour. A small amount is required for loads of fruity foam which makes early mornings showers absolutely blissful! Use this when you want make your morning showers a delight, and you won't be disappointed :)
I love this shower gel :) This retails for SGD$12.90 for a 250ml bottle. As stated on the website, 'A refreshing cleansing gel that lathers up in the bath or shower to leave your skin feeling clean, fresh and subtly scented.' The shower gel is translucent bright red, moderately thick, and works up a fine lather, which saves you on its usage as the lather cleans well too! This is my favourite scent from The Body Shop. I have not tried other scents in the shower yet as I still have quite a few bath products to go, but when I smell them in the store, most of the scents were off or overly sweet which were not to my liking. This shower gel hit the right notes even though the strawberry scent was 'enhanced'. I think it can be kept for quite some time as it was still usable even after storage. Even though there may be a thin translucent layer of what seems like glycerin on the surface, but it still cleans well if you shake it prior to usage. The scent does weaken over time though, so I think it should be used first if you have bar soaps in your stash too! This was packaged in a typical TBS bottle which was rather durable. I dropped this on the floor and the lid cracked, but it doesn't affect usage at all. I actually finished two bottles of this scent, with each bottle lasting me for about 1 year and 3 months. Hence it was great value for money! Unlike other brands in Singapore, The Body Shop has annual warehouse sales in conventional centers so its a good time to stock up. I bought these 2 bottles as it was buy 1 get 1 free for a total of SGD$12.90 which was really worth it. I will recommend this to anybody who wants a fruity shower gel, and I will repurchase this when I finish my stockpile of bath products :)

I've tried a lot of shower gels from The Body Shop, namely strawberry, moringa, mango, and Satsuma since I was given the set that has small bottles that come in different scents for Christmas. They all smell really great! More importantly, they clean the body well, especially when used with a bath lily. My only complaints are the expensive price and that it made my skin itchy. I will not repurchase since it irritated my skin.

The strawberry scent in this is very noticeable, and it does smell realistic to a certain extent, but there is also a really strong note of something artificial in there. Artificial fruit scents really turn me off, so that was quite disappointing. Fortunately, the scent doesn't linger. On the other hand, it does leave you squeaky clean, so that's a redeeming feature... But even then, a product that makes you squeaky clean can also be really drying, so this is not ideal for those with dry skin.
Honestly, this really could have been an awesome shower gel if it wasn't for its lack of moisturizing and its obvious artificial scent. Those factors leave this product to be very average. However, I did say I'd buy this again, but that would only be on a whim in desperate times, since this is only £4.00 for 250 ml.
