This product gave me a crazy type of breakout, clusters of tiny whiteheads the morning after using. It also made my skin red. I only used it very gently and ive used regular sugar on my face before so I don't think it was the grains, I felt like it left a film so maybe it was the culprit. Unfortunately I was sent another deluxe sample of this so i put it up for swap.

I can't be without this product! I use it 1-2x a week with a soft facial buffer and it is my favorite part of my skin care regime. It smells delicious and cleanses wonderfully leaving my skin bright and supple.

If used on tender/sensitive skin, I'd recommend smoothing the grains out until it's white and creamy before applying to the face. Since I don't use this daily, I love utilizing the grainy texture as an exfoliant. It lathers down quickly after a couple or so passes, then turns into a silky cleanser. It's just brilliant!

After reading many reviews, I've derived that this label is focused on using highly concentrated botanical extracts to achieve what it wants.

Follow the directions on the bottle and achieve skincare nirvana. The other reviewers are correct - a little goes a long way. Take a small amount and rub between your palms so you get a bubbly effect, and scrub your face with it.

I tried it, and my face feels squeaky clean and dewy after, but not dried out. I love this product!

Finally picked this up on Amazon as I have been meaning to try it. Smells incredible and turns to a creamy foamy scrub if rubbed in the hands with water before applying. Left my dry skin dewy and soft. I would probably use this every other day to exfoliate and cleanse, and follow with moisturizer. Expensive (about $33 for 4 oz.) but a little goes a long way. Packaged in a glass jar which is not the best. Overall a good product and I would re-purchase.

I love this scrub and it's definitely one of my HG's. I am 40, have sensitive olive skin with oily T, normal cheeks and starting to get dry around eyes. I suffer monthly break outs around chin and the occasional spot in other areas. However, this makes my skin glow like nothing else. I don't understand how people are saying it's harsh. You have a choice of either putting the scrub straight on your skin so it's a super strong exfoliator, or mix it with water until it's soft, foaming + has smoothed down a little, either way it does a fantastic job and doesn't leave my skin in any way red or irritated. Smells lemon fresh, is a great morning boost. I can use it every day and my skin is happy. Yes it's expensive but for me it's worth it as it gives me a glow & doesn't make me break out or oily or dry and lasts for months. As everyone says, packaging is a bit of a pain as it's a glass jar with screw-off lid. now and then i've dropped a lump in the shower and always say 'oops, that's £5 worth down the drain'! but it's a sturdy glass jar so won't break. I have been using this for over a year and will continue to use it, absolutely no reason to swap for a different product. every now and then it's on sale on brandalley so i buy it in bulk! Tip, don't treat this as a make-up remover or facewash, I remove make-up first with olive oil or suki face-wash or other product, I use this solely as a scrub as it's intended. This cleanser is amazing! I have pretty good skin, but it does get oily with blackheads, and this really helps clear them away. It smells very refreshing and citrusy and gently exfoliates so my skin is left super smooth. It's not exactly cheap...I got a 4oz jar from ebeauty.ca for $33...but it works so it's great value!

I have purchased this product twice in the past, loving it but then fancied trying other cleansers, nothing has compared to this. It's so fresh smelling, excellent cleanser and exfoliator and leaves your skin super smooth and balanced. Bit pricey but lasts ages and glass jar is a pain in the shower with wet hands!!

This face scrub is amazing! The more water you add the less it scrubs. It is a sugar base scrub. It turns into a white creamy cleanser and it smell Fantastic. Also I have sensitive/ dry skin and it hasn't bothered me at all. I only use it in the A.M. But It makes my face soooooo soft. You could try a trial size and you would see why I love it soo!

I have very sensitive skin and to be honest it is a little harsh for everyday use, my skin ends up quite dry, red & irritated. But for my once a week mini facial I find it terrific... it leaves my skin feeling really fresh and soft! continued >>
