Combo, ultra-sensitive, acne-prone skin. NC15-20/pale olive
Pros:
Very nice finish. I had a hard time with this the first time I applied it, I'm not use to a foundation that dries so quickly but once I got use to it I found it easy to work with. It's on the sheer side of medium coverage and leaves a very natural satiny finish and hid my slightly enlarged pores completely.
No oiliness, no caking and no disappearing act, even after spending a full day running errands in 80 degree weather with no A/C.
Tones down redness really well, I needed concealer on a blemish (no surprise there) but the irritation from my eczema didn't show through at all.
Color match was good, I went with F20 and it's not quite yellow enough but I'm an odd duck, pale with cool yellow undertones so most foundations that are pale enough are either obviously too pink (leaving me looking grey) or orange-ish (giving me a Crayola peach face). This is yellow enough to not cause either problem.
Cons:
The packaging. I know, I know, everyone else loves it but I had a difficult time with it. Even holding it at the top, where you can feel the solid plastic inside the pouch didn't help. Every time I unscrew the cap it splurts and tipping it over feels unstable.
And the deciding factor.... I now have a million little bumps all over my face. Fingers are crossed that it's just irritation and not clogged pores :(

My favorite foundation - medium coverage, and looks smooth and natural on my skin. The lightest shade is a perfect match for me. It leans yellow which works well with my warm ivory toned skin. This stuff seems to disappear into my skin and make my skin look better without looking "made-up".
The packaging is weird but I like it because you can get every last little bit out of it. While it's pricier, it also contains a lot of foundation.
This foundation looks great on my skin and I think is a good value. It's only con for me is that it doesn't last as long as my 2nd favorite foundation - Tarte's Amazonian Clay.

My favorite foundation. I have never been able to find a foundation that matched my shade perfectly! This one did both in my tan months and pale months. I love the consistency, a little does go a long way. I like the packaging... ithe price isn't bad at all, for as good as the product is. I do wish it was just a little less, but I can so live with the price and it has never kept me from repurchasing. Love this product.

I never cared for foundations. Never had a pimple.. until 2 years ago. My best friend was Shu's Face Architect 974, but then.. no more Shu Uemura counter in my town. Sad story.
I've purchased this by Cargo in F-20 and loved it for its color, really light and a bit yellow. It covers red acne marks and redness caused by the occasional cystic acne, but I never look too made up.
I'm one of those who love the packaging: really handy and travel free. You also get more foundation than the normal amount, and it's great that you can squeeze every single drop out.
The scent is, as everyone noticed, strong and powdery, but it doesn't bother me at all. It fades quickly once you put it on.
It has never broken me out, and I have sensitive skin.
HOWEVER: I don't wear it daily, but I noticed that some days it doesn't blend in my skin and it just sits there making me look oily, which I'm not. And it's an oil-free formula! This happens sooo randomly that I don't trust this fdnt anymore. When I slap it on and it doesn't sink in I have to powder like crazy. I'm really taken aback. Even though I won't repurchase, I cannot give it a low score: it just doesn't suit my skin, I suppose.

This is the best foundation I have ever owned...and I have owned many! Most foundations are too pinky toned for me and this is about just right. It looks a smidge yellow at first but after it melts into my skin it is perfect. It is medium to full coverage and a little goes a long way. The packaging is really cool actually. At first I was like…what? But now I can see how smart it is. It keeps air out and you can get every last drop out. I think I paid about 32 bucks for it and it was 32 dollars well spent.
EDIT: This is still an amazing foundation and I still would happily tell anyone to try it...but I found that L'Oreal True Match in Porcelain is just as good a color match and wears almost as well and is much cheaper. Still a great foundation though. Well done Cargo!

I loved this luminous finish and light-weight feel of this foundation, BUT after using this for a week I'm pretty sure it's the culprit in my sudden breakout. I developed a bunch of rash like bumps around my jaw line only after using this, but I thought it could have been due to a new cleanser I had started using. I'm going to keep the cleanser out of my routine for another week and will update as to whether this is the true culprit. I hope not because it would have been my FAVORITE foundation! :(

The worst foundation. E.V.E.R. it has no coverage what so ever. Disa ppointed.

I got this foundation in F40, which was a pretty good match for my NW20 skin, albeit ever so slightly on the yellow side. This has a very creamy, silky texture. Very siliconey and spreads very nicely. I'd say it's sheer to medium coverage, more on the sheer side. I wasn't wowed by the finish. It looked kind of blah. Kind of a powdery satin finish. And the smell really turned me off. Strong baby powder smell. Since my skin is sensitive to fragrance, and the finish didn't impress me, I'm returning it. I can see why others would like this though. The texture is really nice. I like the packaging too. You can squeeze everything out of it, and it's easy to squirt some out on the back of your hand. I applied with my fingers, it spreads so nice.

his foundation is the lightest foundation I ve ever seen. Many brands claim that their foundation is buildable but after trying cargo oil free found, I beleive that no product can compete with cargo's oil free found. This found. is REALLY buildable.
In the pic. above I applied foundation 3 times :) but still looks natural (please ignore bad quality of the photos)
I have a combination skin and cargo did not break me out. However it did not last hours. Maybe I should use some powder on it. BTW this foundation is not my everyday found. I use it in the weekends since I spend less time in the outside.
Here are pros and cons
Pros:
1. Super light formula
2. Buildable (literally)
3. Because of its award winning pouch, it is portable and puncture proof; super-portable
4. It contains more product than similar products on the market 40 mL
5. Hydrates skin
6. Do not break out.
Cons.
1. Does not have spf.
2. Oily skins may feel better trying other foundations (or use this with mattifying powder) So imho, it is not suitable for all skin types.
3. Shade selecting requires extra attention cos undertones can be very yellowish and turn orange on face.
4. Although package is super portable, I would prefer using a pump to save product. A hygienic application though.
In the photo above I am using F-50 which is very dark for my skin but the sales man recommended me this shade and I took it without trying. It was evening and I could not decide about the shade. So do not select foundation shade in the evening. I will buy F-40 or 45 which will be better for my Nw 25 skin.I will update and let you know

So the packaging sucks I was not a fan, it looked like a capri sun juice box and when the SA wanted to try this on me I was wary. But never judge a book or for that matter a foundation by its cover..
I returned chanel aqua after finding out just how much risk was involved with having it on my face. I'm sorry not one but TWO dangerous parabans on my face I don't think so. I was looking for a new summer foundation as I have gotten a little tanner and my hg teint miracle wasn't cutting it. The SA at sephora suggested this after makeup forever didn't match right. I have never used any Cargo product before this and I was wary not just because of the hideous yet useful packaging but just cause I didn't want to risk getting some reaction from it considering I had never heard of the brand or seen reviews about it.
But anyways number 70 matched perfectly literally melting into my golden olive skin it was a perfect match. The foundation is very light and watery absorbs the same way chanel aqua did the "second skin" feeling and it stays matte all day which I am not a fan of so I tend to use an illuminator underneath for the dewy look. But I would most definitely purchase this again. Btw for any desperate housewives fans (im not) but the SA told me this is product used on set and miss eva longoria can't live without it. (I really don't know how she knows that but since I love the foundation I can believe it).

I picked this up when Sephora was phasing out Cargo's line, so I got it for really cheap. The color F30 seemed a near perfect match for my skin tone! I loved that this product was oil free but still a creamy liquid for my dehydrated skin. It smells nice, a very light fragrance, and lasts on my oily skin for 3-4 hours. I was very happy with this product for the initial first weeks, but then one day I noticed my face looking a bit ruddy, and realized the product oxidizes on my cheeks. I've since only reached for this product on occasion.
** If any of you like Cargo's line, and live near a JCPenney, see if they have a Sephora inside. Sephora's inside JCP still carry Cargo, albeit at full price.**

Color: my skin tone's fair, cool olive (nc10-15 in lightness) with some occasional surface redness. The shade I have, F-20, isn't a horrible match - I've bought worse - but I do have to blend it down my neck. It's a bit dark and yellow/orange, with a tendency to oxidate after several hours (probably four or five hours? Not enough to make it through a work day). Mixed with moisturizer the color's more forgiving (but tbh, I won't use it up that way: it's a pain and I don't really need foundation).
Finish: matte. It almost looks like it's been set with powder when it hasn't. When applied with a stipple brush, it has an airbrushed finish. It does look made-up, not in a bad way, but it doesn't look like you're not wearing foundation. Holds back shininess for a couple hours on my oily skin even without primer and powder.
Coverage: medium-ish? It covered the minor redness in my cheeks fine.
Packaging: this I love. Wish more face products came in a similar pouch.
Other: I don't know if there's added fragrance in it or not, but there is an interesting and pleasant scent, light and kinda cold smelling (I'm sniffing it now and really like it). The scent fades away after application, though, so you're not smelling it all day.
Final rating: not a bad product, but the wrong shade for me. People with yellow undertones and oily skin might want to try it.

This product is horrible. The packaging is really funny (I mean silly) and the product itself is bad too. It made my skin too oily and after about few days I started to break out horribly. I returned it later and went back to my Revlon.

I LUV this stuff. I have been buying oil-free mattying make-up ever since I started wearing foundation, and this gives me a flawless finish without looking so matte that it looks fake. It lasts really well too - but I must admit I finish my make-up application with Urban Decay 'All Nighter' make-up setting spray. I also like the way this make-up is packaged, I can get out every last drop.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this foundation. I use a stippling brush and it looks amazing. It covers any breakouts, I have very oily skin and all I need is to dust some rimmel matte finish powder on top and its perfect! & rimmel matte finish was only 3 dollars(: By the end of the day I still look flawless, glowing, and overall healthy. This is my HG foundation(: continued >>

I'm VERY impressed with this. It's been months since I bought it (and only used it once or twice). I guess I wanted to use my other foundations up first. Anyway, I seemed to forget how great this is. I only need to use a pea sized amount and it can spread so thinly across the face. Beautiful colors for yellow undertones. I can definitely layer for more coverage. I use a paddle shaped foundation brush like the ones from MAC. Just gently brush then stipple. It's soo good! Just very smooth and clean looking. The only thing I don't really like is the scent. It smells like baby powder. But oh well, it's not overpowering, just smells not-so-chic. The package is also very cool! So good for traveling.

This is my HG foundation. It is lightweight yet the coverage is nice. This does not leave lines, matches well with my skin tone, does not look cakey or fake, and lasts for hours. I generally have a problem with liquid foundations breaking out my skin, but this one does not break me out at all! Even some of the more expensive foundations that I have tried, such as Diorskin, did not give the natural coverage that this gave, and also they always broke me out to some extent. The packaging is pretty cool too, it contains more product than it looks like. I thought it was too expensive at first, but it lasts me forever so it is definitely worth the money, in my opinion.

I have dry skin but applying this foundation after a moisturizer seems to give me the effect I'm usually looking for with foundation + powder! But all in one step - quick, nice, and easy for an effect that does last! I am very happy with this foundation and that Cargo produces such a good product while at least trying to do something for the goodness of our planet - LOL!
Color: I use the lightest shade which has yellow undertones. I find that while the shade of the liquid is not a perfect match for my skin, the effect I get after applying it is a nice "fix" for my skin tone troubles.
Coverage: Medium.
Texture: Smooth and of medium thickness. Glides nicely. (Which is a big help when you're in a rush!)
Lasting Ability: Quite solid. 6+ hours usually, looking quite fresh. (My skin has a habit of changing on me with how long it will wear foundations though!)
Such a great product but I am looking for a more affordable option at the moment, however...

I have acne prone skin and this is too drying! Colors don't match up right --yuck.I wanted to love it after reading all of the good reviews from acne prone skin users, but it is just not a good foundation.
