I wanted to love this foundation because it felt so light and looked like it would have at least medium coverage when I tried it on my hand in store. When I got home and applied it on my face it had minimal coverage. This foundation would be great for someone who likes a very natural looking light coverage foundation. Basically someone who wants a tinted moisturizer.
I put the price at a '3' for the regular price. I did get this at Sephora and since all the cargo stuff was on clearance I got it for $11. It's not a full coverage or a medium coverage but that's why I like it. The only thing I like about the packaging is how you can see the color inside. You can also squeeze out however much you want.
I purchased this foundation at Sephora under the recommendation of the staff member working at the time. I really liked the packaging and smell of this product. I thought the color was good. I did not like the coverage this gave it was very sheer and not build-able.I prefer a more medium coverage. If you like a light coverage you should try this product
I may have reviewed this product already a week ago after I bought it, but can't remember.
Anyway, it bears repeating, this is the best foundation I've ever found. The color, F-30, matches my pink undertones perfectly, which is a near miracle. I've tried many very expensive foundations, tinted moisturizers, etc. and they invariably made me look like I had a yellow face on a pink neck.
This one is perfection! I love the natural-looking coverage. It's not too shiny. It goes on very easily and stays on all day. Yes, it's expensive, but worth every penny, because a little goes a long way and the packaging is absolute genius! I love the idea of not wasting a drop.

The beauty industry keeps discontinuing products every time I seem to find a good one. Since my last foundation is no longer made (Korres Ginger & Vitamins), I had to hunt to find something similar, if not better. I've always liked Cargo's products, and this foundation is no exception. The formula is very lightweight, yet provides moderate coverage and lasts all day. It has a matte/satin finish, which I follow up with loose powder just to set everything. My skin looks even, fresh, and it doesn't sink into fine lines or pores. Just looks healthy. I also love the convenient packaging, and the fact that it's made in Italy. It reminds me a lot of Bourjois' Matt Lovely only with better coverage, and the scent is almost identical (a light powdery fragrance). Most importantly, I haven't experienced any breakouts or skin irritation. So I think we have a winner!

Combo, ultra-sensitive, acne-prone skin. NC15-20/pale olive
Pros:
Very nice finish. I had a hard time with this the first time I applied it, I'm not use to a foundation that dries so quickly but once I got use to it I found it easy to work with. It's on the sheer side of medium coverage and leaves a very natural satiny finish and hid my slightly enlarged pores completely.
No oiliness, no caking and no disappearing act, even after spending a full day running errands in 80 degree weather with no A/C.
Tones down redness really well, I needed concealer on a blemish (no surprise there) but the irritation from my eczema didn't show through at all.
Color match was good, I went with F20 and it's not quite yellow enough but I'm an odd duck, pale with cool yellow undertones so most foundations that are pale enough are either obviously too pink (leaving me looking grey) or orange-ish (giving me a Crayola peach face). This is yellow enough to not cause either problem.
Cons:
The packaging. I know, I know, everyone else loves it but I had a difficult time with it. Even holding it at the top, where you can feel the solid plastic inside the pouch didn't help. Every time I unscrew the cap it splurts and tipping it over feels unstable.
And the deciding factor.... I now have a million little bumps all over my face. Fingers are crossed that it's just irritation and not clogged pores :(

My favorite foundation - medium coverage, and looks smooth and natural on my skin. The lightest shade is a perfect match for me. It leans yellow which works well with my warm ivory toned skin. This stuff seems to disappear into my skin and make my skin look better without looking "made-up".
The packaging is weird but I like it because you can get every last little bit out of it. While it's pricier, it also contains a lot of foundation.
This foundation looks great on my skin and I think is a good value. It's only con for me is that it doesn't last as long as my 2nd favorite foundation - Tarte's Amazonian Clay.

My favorite foundation. I have never been able to find a foundation that matched my shade perfectly! This one did both in my tan months and pale months. I love the consistency, a little does go a long way. I like the packaging... ithe price isn't bad at all, for as good as the product is. I do wish it was just a little less, but I can so live with the price and it has never kept me from repurchasing. Love this product.
I never cared for foundations. Never had a pimple.. until 2 years ago. My best friend was Shu's Face Architect 974, but then.. no more Shu Uemura counter in my town. Sad story.
I've purchased this by Cargo in F-20 and loved it for its color, really light and a bit yellow. It covers red acne marks and redness caused by the occasional cystic acne, but I never look too made up.
I'm one of those who love the packaging: really handy and travel free. You also get more foundation than the normal amount, and it's great that you can squeeze every single drop out.
The scent is, as everyone noticed, strong and powdery, but it doesn't bother me at all. It fades quickly once you put it on.
It has never broken me out, and I have sensitive skin.
HOWEVER: I don't wear it daily, but I noticed that some days it doesn't blend in my skin and it just sits there making me look oily, which I'm not. And it's an oil-free formula! This happens sooo randomly that I don't trust this fdnt anymore. When I slap it on and it doesn't sink in I have to powder like crazy. I'm really taken aback. Even though I won't repurchase, I cannot give it a low score: it just doesn't suit my skin, I suppose.
This is the best foundation I have ever owned...and I have owned many! Most foundations are too pinky toned for me and this is about just right. It looks a smidge yellow at first but after it melts into my skin it is perfect. It is medium to full coverage and a little goes a long way. The packaging is really cool actually. At first I was like…what? But now I can see how smart it is. It keeps air out and you can get every last drop out. I think I paid about 32 bucks for it and it was 32 dollars well spent.
EDIT: This is still an amazing foundation and I still would happily tell anyone to try it...but I found that L'Oreal True Match in Porcelain is just as good a color match and wears almost as well and is much cheaper. Still a great foundation though. Well done Cargo!
