This product is great, I put on every morning with a dab of wet water added to it. It leaves my face feeling CLEAN, this is better than Ambi. I leave it on my face for 10 mins then i wash it off with warm water. It's great i found mine at five and below, for 1 DOLLAR. I think every women she have this in there bag or at home. :)

I used to use this in high school, but then when I turned about 19 or 20 I decided I needed a more "grown up" skin care routine. Looking back, I don't know why I made this decision -- this cleanser worked perfectly for me. Now I'm 25 and after five years of experimenting with skin care products that always disappointed, I decided, on a whim, to pick up a tube of this cleanser to see if it still worked for me. It does. I have only been using this for a little under two weeks now (in conjunction with the Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer, which I also used in high school) and my pimples are gone, my skin is less oily, my pores look smaller, and I just have the same glowing skin I used to have back in the day. Why did I ever stop using this?! continued >>

I used to use this in my early 20s & decided to give this a whirl again. I was tired of wasting $30 on cleanser. I've been testing out past month on my super dry/acne prone skin & this does NOT dry me out or break me out. It helps me keep a clear face. I love this stuff & will never stray again! plus I love the refreshing feeling when you remove it. :) For $5 this is a steal! continued >>

I felt like this was the best product for my extremely dry skin w/ acne. I made the mistake of using foaming products before. BIG MISTAKE!!! it kept drying out my skin and causing even more acne! This is a cream cleanser (so wont dry out your skin), is oil free (so won't clog your pores) and has salicylic acid to help out w/ the acne. I also use this to exfoliate with my olay pro-x brush 2-3 times a week. I dont even need moisturizer! so far so good :)

Whoaaaa Nelly. This stuff will strip any good oils on your skin right off. I found this to be toooooo harsh. And sadly you think it is doing the trick at first. You feel squeaky clean and fresh but the reality is the natural barrier of your skins healthy cells is now stripped leaving your skin more vulnerable to break outs and pain. If you have sensitive skin you might find this even painful. Maybe those who are super oil slicks might find this cleanser okay. But keep in mind the more you strip your skin of natural oils the oilier it gets. It is like the skin is confused and produces more oil. Even if you are oily this may be too harsh. If you must use it, I would say use it once every three days.

This cleanser is just okay. Removes all makeup yes. I just prefer the gel cleansers over cream cleansers.

I'd like to claim this is my HG cleanser but...............not so much. I've been using it since '05 but i have to use it on and off. It works wonders for about three months and then I have to switch to something else because this just leaves a film on my skin.

I will go ahead and say that it most definitely DOES help breakouts, I was using Dr. Bronner's lavender soap on my face and it just clogged up my pores. I looked HORRIBLE for about two weeks because my skin was broken out so bad, I got really desperate and I went out and go this and within a week I was back to normal. About three breakouts on my face but hey, I'll take three over a super red sensitive face full of zits right?

It's cheap and it works but I will also go ahead and say that it doesn't get rid of makeup as well as I'd like so... if you're trying to "deep-clean" your face after taking off your makeup.. find something better.

Greaaaaaat morning cleanser. :)

I have been using the Deep Action Cleanser by Clean & Clear since the beginning of November 2012, I noticed results right away concerning my oily skin, however the acne solution took a little longer. But I REALLY started to see the difference in my skin when I threw out my out face scrubby and began using the Nutra Sonic face brush. I bought mine for $40 dollars at TJMAXX in the beauty section, it is well worth the money, you can keep it for a long time. These two products (Deep Action Cleanser & the Nutra Sonic) work wonders on my face together and I have noticed amazing results in not only my face but my shoulders and upper back as well! Give it a try!! continued >>

I have to wash my face twice to fully clean my face. I like smell of this product. I don't think it has any "deep action" cleanser agent so i will not repurchase this product again.

I used this for a long time when I was a teenager and it did nothing for me. It;s not a deep clean. Kind of irritating. Doesn't smell good at all. There are better cleansers out there!
