a fine silvery nude shimmer powder, finely milled, almost no fragrance detected. You can use this pretty much anywhere, its very versatile. There are very fine glitter particles i don't really like, but other than that, its reccomended, although you can probably get the same thing by prestige or other ds brands for less.
