This is a good product, but I like Trader Joes version much better. It smells better, works better and costs only $3. I don't dislike this, but i'll be sticking with my beloved TJ's
I love this stuff!!! It's so awesome. I used to love the kiehl's shaving cream except for the fact that it's in a jar and being that i shave in the shower it created such a mess because it always got full of water. I love that this is so moisturizing and it comes in a tube... it's the best of both worlds, I can't get enough of it!
Actually, I've been useing my boyfriend's shave cream since his family is always buying it for him. It doesn't lather up at all, but since it's a cream I find the shave to be pretty smooth. If the stuff didn't cost so much, I would buy it for myself. $15 for a tube is a bit too much. Otherwise, it's great and I have yet to experience any irritation from it.
C.O Bigelow's Dr. Galen Cream Shave-Sensitive Skin Formula works better than most other shaving creams I have tried. And oh child, have I tried them all. This shave cream comes in an elongated plastic tube, not your ordinary metal can. The product itself gives a nice layer of cream and is non-foaming, so the razor glides over skin easily. It's geared towards men, but if it's good enough for a man's sensitive face, then it's good enough for me, right? lol. I used this on my *very* sensitive legs and underarms and recieved no nicks, cuts or imflamations. The cream is fragrance free which is fine with me, I couldn't really stomach the scent of Aveeno's shaving creams. I follow this with the Skin Tonic and my irritations seem to go away. I picked up the 2 oz trial size at Bath and Body Works for 7.00, which is way more expensive than full sized drug store shave creams and gels. But if this product continues to perform as it did last night I will repurchase. As for being female purchasing a man's shaving cream? I's got no shame! lol
