shimmy powder is basically just really big chunks of glitter in a little vial. the glitter gets everywhere, even with shimmy fix. i very much prefer shimmy shades to these.

I love glitter, so I was so happy when I found loose cosmetic glitter on Skinmarket's site. I heard good reviews of it, so I was sold. I got Shimmy Fix as well, so that I would have a fixative for my glitter. I was disappointed when I recevied the glitter, because it wasn't finely milled. It looked like something a pre-schooler would play with. Also, it was impossible to get off once it landed somewhere you didn't want. Maybe that's a good thing for some people, but I was relying on the Shimmy Fix to keep it in place, not the glitter itself
