This is a good choice for a mineral (non-chemical) sunscreen. You can use this under your eyes with no problems. I did want to like this one but it felt too heavy on my skin. Also with all truly water resistance sunscreens you have to have an oil based cleanser to remove the sunscreen properly. I love mineral makeup and this was NOT compatible with my makeup of choice.
I still have the tube and I will use it (under they eyes, hands) etc. My sunscreen of choice these days is La Roche Posay HYRDRAPHRASE 30. STABLE sunscreen that feels more like a moisturizer than a sunscreen.

The good thing about this sunscreen is that it was non irritating to my sensitive skin (titanium and zinc). Also, it is $15 for a 3.38 oz tube, which is not bad. But, I found it to be pretty thick and hard to rub in and was left with pasty, white cast skin because of that. It also left my skin shiny. I returned my bottle.

I've only used this stuff twice so far. It doesn't irritate, clog pores etc. This does not leave a sticky finish, either. I can put it on my eyelids and under my eyes, and it doesn't sting! I have to make sure I put a moisturizer on first or this stuff will totally exaggerate my flakes. It has a light oat scent, which is natural...they haven't added fragrance. It's not tooo expensive...$15 USD at my CVS.
UPDATE: Too greasy & heavy. My face is oily enough! It makes me look pastey, also. I need something that leaves a matte finish...
