It cleans my skin really well and I absolutely love the feeling afterwards. It was 12.99 USD - not too bad for a bottle that size.
Have been using this for about 3 weeks. It does not remove make up, but I use it as a cleaser in the morning and days when I do not use make up. This product does not break me out either, which is amazing, will continue using this. I love the idea of it not containing any sulfates, parabens and SLS!
The only minus that might bother me - it can make your face dry, if using twice a day, so I try to use it once a day only.

I did not care for this, believe it or not, it burned my sensitive skin. However the worst part was the horrible smell, I could not stand that chemical lettuce scent! I returned it after only 2 uses- it just wasn’t for me.

I love this cleanser! I had been searching for a new cleanser as my skin began to change and become more combo in my mid-20's. I couldn't use the products I had previously used for oily skin as they dried my skin out, but I am still breakout prone so it was hard to find something good. I was concerned about this, that is might make me breakout, but it doesn't. I do have to use a makeup remover prior to using this as it doesn't remove makeup well, but it cleanses my skin, mosturizes, and smells nice. I lovvvve it!

I love this stuff - it FEELS nurturing and healthy when I use it (I swear its due to the sea weed). And when I rinse off my face feels clean and fresh, but in a soft glowy way, not in a tight dry way. I'm realizing that I'm pretty sensitive to harsh chemicals in a lot of products, so I try to steer clear. This gentle Sea Lettuce Cleansing Milk felt mild and non-irritating. I use it as my evening cleanser then follow with jojoba oil while my skin is still moist.

Wow! I have to say I am loving this so far. I have used every cleanser out there, I promise, for dry, hyper-sensitive, acne or irritation prone skin and I am so amazed with the results of this cleanser. I have been using Cetaphil on and off for years and I hate it. It has always been the one product I know won't break me out but it always leaves me a little dry and my face never feels clean. My skin did not like Cerave, Aquanil, Neutrogena, Mary Kay....you name it. This cleanser is wonderful. It is very light and refreshing. My skin is less red and moisurized. I have not had any breakouts or irritation and I have been using this now for three weeks. I purchased the toner as well which I use every once in awhile.

I have been on the fence about this product. I like the light lotion texture and there really isn't a definable or over powering scent. I have been using it for about a week and haven't had any breakouts but it does seem like my skin is getting a bit congested; I also have to use a seperate eye makeup remover to get my mascara off. I do like the pump; with one pump there enough cleasner is disbursed and the price isn't too bad @ $10, my major complaint is it contains parabans. I'll give it more time and update. **UPDATE** I took it back, I found a pomagranate cleanser that doesn't contain parabans and is a bit cheaper.

I really like this cleanser because of the light, fluid texture, the pleasantly fresh smell, and the fact that it causes no break-outs or irritation. I have been experimenting with a lot of new products to help with acne and scarring. Because of this, I caused myself to have itchy, red, dry skin that was painful and unattractive. This cleanser was gentle and has been an impactful part of my recovery process.

Nice gentle cleanser, does what it says, I won't be repurchasing though because I simply don't like the texture.

Great product! Good price. All natural, smells good. It didn't irritate my combination/sensitive skin but it left it a bit on the dry side. Rinses off easily.

I'm confused: Are all you folks reviewing the Sea Lettuce Cleansing Milk? I can't find any Cleansing Cream on the Alba website . . .
Anyhow, this review is for Alba Botanica's Sea Lettuce Cleansing Milk, which is wonderfully soothing, in spite of the slew of botanical ingredients, to my sensitive, allergic, combination skin. True, it doesn't remove mascara, but I'm happy to use a seperate eye makeup remover. My only real complaint is that the bottle doesn't last very long, but perhaps that's because my partner has started using it as well. I decided to break out my old DHC Deep Cleansing Oil and Mild Soap for variety, but if they don't take, I will happily return to this. UPDATE: The DHC regimen made me break out--I'm back to Alba!

This is the only face wash that got rid of this annoying bumpy red patch of skin on my cheek last winter. It's very mild and 80% organic so I know I'm not putting any harsh chemicals on my face. It doesn't foam but it leaves my skin feeling clean and soft. I don't use moisturizer after using this, I don't need to. This was $7 at Whole Foods so it wasn't expensive and it comes in a convenient pump bottle. I will continue to repurchase this.
I realized that as summer approaches and my skin isn't as dry, I need something stronger to clean my face. I think I may return to this in the winter if I noticed my skin getting dry, but this isn't doing the job for me anymore. I still think it's the best product out there for dry/sensitive skin though. UPDATE: After trying many skincare products over the course of the summer, I've finally reverted back to this, and I'm very pleased. The clogged pores between my eyebrows disappeared and my skin is soft and no longer oily or dry.

I love this cleanser, and the entire Alba Organics line! It's gentle, and has a mild yet nice smell. After using it, my face feels clean and smooth. I especially like that it's organic. I use it every morning, and follow up with the paired toner. And for a good deep clean, I use the sea enzyme facial scrub...Ahhhhh. My skin has never looked better. I will re-purchase!

Nice product, though I do feel the scent might be a little strong. I have combo/oily/acne-prone skin, and although this is a cream cleanser, it seems to work perfectly for my skin type. This leaves my skin soft and without any irritation. My husband has also been using this cleanser and he seems to like it just fine as well. Highly recommended that you use the toner to go with this if you wear any makeup. This cleanser does not take everything off. Oh, and their renewal cream is awesome too... what a nice change for my skin!

I'm definitely not crazy about the smell, and I usually go for foaming cleansers, but this is my HG cleanser. I can't rave enough about this product. It makes my face feel clean, yet extremely soft. I love the fact that this cleanser is gentle and organic, and whenever I use it, I feel like I'm doing something good for my skin. I bought this for about $7.99 CAN which is about $3.00 less than I spent on an Olay cleanser which wasn't half as wonderful. I recommend you give this cleanser a try!

This is the BEST cleanser I have ever used. I recently started to rethink my skincare routine and realized that it was in need of a major overhaul, as my cleanser was way too harsh and my moisturizer made me shiny. However, after using several new products my face was a mess. This product immediately soothed my skin and my breakouts were gone within 4 days. I have dry skin that's prone to clogs (which I suspect may be from my old products), and this cleanser does not dry out my skin, but leaves it feeling perfectly clean and super soft. It takes my makeup off but does not leave me feeling tight like most other cleansers do. I follow this with a few drops of jojoba oil and my skin is looking the best it has in awhile.I highly recommend this for anyone with dry skin who is looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser. HG.

I love this product even more than my former favorite cleanser, Clarins Cleansing Milk with Alpine Herbs. I think it's actually better for my skin. Love the scent and texture and the resulting softness. I agree with the reviewer who said she practically skips to the bathroom when she goes to wash her face! And, of course, the price much better for about the same results! :-D

I really love the cleanser. I almost skip to the bathroom when it's time to wash my face! I really like the smell and the way my face feels clean but not too dry when I've washed. I have combination skin that leans towards oily. I use this cleanser at night and follow with pure jojoba oil.

I have used all the products in this line with good effect. It is half the price of my Avene Extremely Gentle Cleanser and equally good. Nice scent, very like the Sea Lipids Daily Cream. If you have oily skin, I would pass this by but if you are sensitive/combo or dry give it a whirl. You will need the Sea Kelp Toner to totally remove makeup residue. For eight bucks, you can't go wrong. I am switching my skincare over to the Alba Line and saving the $$$$.

After I've finished Avalon organics vit.C cleansing milk,i had a try of this .At first i don;t really like it becoz it is too watery and can't remove make -up effectively.After using a week,i find my face has less reddish on my cheek and in good condition.I think it is very mild ~

Bought this for hubby and he's raving! He says it's very gentle and does not dry out the skin.. A little too fragrant.. Great for dry skin and sure that it will be a great for winter.. Leaves the face very soft.. Wouldn't recommend for oily skin..
