This is a lovely, rich product. Lightly scented, silky, and very hydrating on my dry, maturing skin. After exfolating, I smooth it on, and it absorbs easily. I wake every morning with smooth, soft, hydrated skin, and, because it is so refreshed, my fine lines are nearly non-existent! There was definitely a firming effect for me as well after several uses! Worth every penny!

i've been testing vichy liftactiv since a couple of months.so,i finally decided to buy it! Not only was it in special(10 dollards off)but i received in a gift set:a little day liftactiv cream,plus a one step cleanser(purete thermale)! Wow! I am really happy with vichy! It brings a velvety smoothness to the skin,firm the skin,treat some redness,treats the general aspect of the skin,brings a healthy glow to the skin!so far so good! I combine it with collagen ellastin by st ives.i take l'oreal for day time.but will surely buy the big day liftactiv cream and probably the serum and eye cream liftactiv!that's how much i love vichy liftactiv cream!love it!

I must be using a different product than the other reviewers. I saw no change in wrinkles. It is not moisturizing although it sold as more of a treatment rather than a moisturizer.
This cream might be ok if it were priced at $25. However, at $50 I do not think I have ever used a more disappointing cream.
NeOvadiol is the only product I will be buying from the Vichy line the future. It is my HG.

Loooving this product!!! Have been using for 3 nights now, and i can feel my skin smoother, more replenished and more even... Its not greasy, it's silky texture, thats great cuz that way i dont wake up with pimples in my face... The only thing i wish the container was a pump, i dont like to put my fingers in contact with the rest of the cream, that might contaminate the cream with germs... but anyways... Great facial cream, the only downer is the container...

This is a luxuriously rich cream. My skin was a little dry, but I didn't think it warranted a thick cream like this. Still, I put a bit of it on my neck and cheeks and it felt so good I ended up slathering it on. I don't know what it did to me, but my skin simply looked BETTER. My daughter said I looked "well-hydrated".
I've only been using this cream for a few days, but my skin feels so good, I'm sure I'll be using this for some time.

Very nice!! I haven't tried any Vichy products for a very long time. I went to Shoppers Drug Mart with dry winter skin and this is what I was told was a great product. I am very happy with it. Nice smell, no break outs and my skin looks great in the morning. So far so good!!!! Will update if something changes, good or bad.

Not bad. It is a pretty good night cream for winter. It made my skin soft and radiant.

I really like this cream. A little pricey but I think it will last for a couple months. I have pretty nice skin and I've been looking for a firming cream that would keep my skin from future saggyness. After a couple nights of using this my face seems to be a little tighter. I will update this reveiw in a couple of weeks. So far I have not broken out or develope any type of rashes from using this cream. Bought this at CVS.

As far as lifting products go, this is one of the better ones. I am still a bit young to start "lifting", but I got some samples and I've got some time and so here's my review! I know it says that lifting products are aimed at women in their 30's, but my skin isn't there yet. Aside from some bothersome sheet marks on my face in the morning, I don't need more lift at this point. Nevertheless, this is still a winner in my books!
First of all the smell is nearly delicious! It smells citrisy, very unusual for Vichy. It's riddled with goodness and vitamin C and I believe, elastin. The texture on the skin is very smooth and very supple, indicative of all Vichy creams. This one however, has more zing to it than other formulations and you can feel more vitamin and ingredient penetration deeper into the skin's pores as it absorbs. Hence, you can really feel it working.
My skin immediately changed tone upon using this cream and became less sallow. I also used the day formulation, the serum and the eye cream and saw a noticable increase in skin's energized tone and smooth texture. As I said, I am too young (33) for this cream, and it doesn't have enough moisture for me so I could not continue to use it unfortunately. If there was a little bit more moisture in the DAY cream, I'd be using this line religiously!
I may begin using the Lift Active night cream to avoid those bothersome morning sheet marks I've been getting......Perhaps this is how it all begins!

Best night cream ever for my skin. I look rested, radiant, and just great in the morning. Even people have noticed that my skin looks like it has better texture, and so do I. It feels much thicker and plumper. Will buy again, especially since it is not too expensive (unlike Biotherm products).

I paid US$ 50 for this blue jar, I used once at night, next day my skin broke out in acne. Terrible product. I started using the day Lift Activ cream and it was good, gave me a nice smooth skin, so I thought about getting the night cream, and to this day I am still angry for the waste of money. I am using this cream now on my legs.

I keep coming back to this cream, and Vichy's other night cream Novadiol is also good. It just smells good, feels good, and gives my (mature) skin a plumped-up feeling. It feels refreshing when I put it on. Other nightcreams have been a disappointment in comparison. At the moment i'm using some Dr Hauschka products, and their policy is that you don't need to use nightcreams if you cleanse and tone with Dr Hauschka, and that your skin becomes too dependent on night creams if you use them. It seems to be going OK at the moment with Dr Hauschka and without night creams, but I'm sure I will return to using the Vichy nightcream after a while, as I like it so much.

I bought this product on recommendation of the reviews and the sales assistant. I would wholly recommend it as well. It is a bit pricey but I noticed a difference within a few nights of use. My skin become firmer and more even.
It does have a bit of tingle like Noxema and when I wake up my face is a little greasy.

I've been using this for almost two years. I am now in my 30s and decided I needed an anti-wrinkly cream for night. I love the way this makes my dry skin feel, it is not heavy like most cremes. I'm noticing my skin looks great, the lines are less deep, on my second jar and love it.

This is a very effective moisturizer but I prefer the lighter one for the day. Got a comment on how nice my skin looks in the winter time

I've been using a sample of this cream for the last 5 nights. After the first application, I wanted to post a rave review, but I held back for a few days, to make sure it wsn't just my initial reaction that was a rave. Well, it's still a rave! I've been using Lancome Hydra Zen and wanted to try something new for a change, so I went through my big bag of samples and found this. The cream comes out of the tube looking very rich, but it is actually a whipped-type formula, so it sinks into my skin right away, leaving no heavy residue. My skin feels velvety-soft and smooth all over, and is moisturised, but doesn't look shiny or greays. There is quite a strong tea-like scent to the cream, which doesn't bother me, I actually find it quite nice. As I mentioned, the cream sinks in very nicely to my skin, but it doesn't leave that annoying tight feeling behind, like some creams which sink in quickly, but then leave the feeling that you haven't used anything at all. But the number one, stand out feature of this is that it clears up the redness around my nose! My skin tends towards dryness, but can still be a little oily on the t-zone. The skin around my nose, in particular, always seems to be red, and this is where my skin gets congested and feels bumpy and really requires exfoliation. After using the Vichy LiftActiv, however, the skin doesn't look red at all, and feels soft and smooth. I can't believe it! As for the firming and draining effects, I'm not too sure about this. I'm 27, and as far as I can see, my skin doesn't really need to be firmed just yet ;) My only problem is that the full sized-version of this cream comes in a jar, unlike the sample, which is in a plastic tube. I prefer tubes or pump bottles, but I guess I will have to put up with the jar for the amazing effects on my skin :) continued >>

My mom brought this cream back from Europe saying that this line is very popular there. I have oily acne-prone skin. As such, I would not recommend this cream for this type of skin. After using it for a week, I noticed slight break-outs which went away after I discontinued using this product. Probably more effective on mature skin.

Intense detoxifying firming cream. Won't cause breakouts, moisturises very well. Haven't seen my skin getting firmer though.
