    Did I get a dud product? This expensive stuff sat on my hair like a lump, and didn't foam or dissolve in water well, so I couldn't spread it properly on my scalp or hair and still had greasy hair...

    this, IMHO, is average for shampoo/conditioner. The smell is quite lovely, of course, so it is perfect for someone like the prev reviewer. My hair does feel nice and silky after the conditioner.
