Even though I am a dramatic lipstick lover but there are occasions where I want to wear a subtle natural lipcolor to prevent the "washed out" look. Enter Skin Alison Raffaele Lipskin in Whistle. This is a very nice sheer plum w/sunscreen! It gives me nice sheer plum color that lasts! Add some mascara, a little Bourjois blush, and a touch of Clinique Almost Powder in Deep and I have a nice natural look for the day! Another bonus is that it also contains an SPF15! The only drawback is the cheap white plastic container that cracks easily!! At $19.50, I would expect a little more than a Wet and Wild Container!

I absolutely love this sheer plum lip color! It's gives lips a nice healthy flush. This lipstick is actually more like a tinted lip balm, so it feels very moisturizing. Plus, it has an SPF 15! The price is a bit steep ($19.50), but I would definitely repurchase this product!

My favorite of all the AR lipskins. I also have Smile and one other one, but Whistle is the one that suits me best. I'm nc/nw 20/23 for reference. I'm planning on buying "witty" inner glow stick too.

A beautiful sheer plum that looks fab with my LLL warm coloring and brownish red hair. Full spectrum sunscreen. Light fruity taste and smell. Kinda cheesey case but I can deal with it. Love it!

I really like my lipskin in Whistle. This is a lip treatment as opposed to just a plain lipstick. This applies very sheerly and is very moisturizing. During the winter, especially, I need all the moisture on my lips that I can get. Whistle is a lovely sheer plum shade. I have to apply this lipskin more often than a regular lipstick but I find the wonderful color and extra moisturizing properties to make it all worthwhile.
