i only had samples of this so i can only comment on the colors, the buff beige 130 is too light and the classic ivory 150and nude 190 were OK neither jumped out at me as being the perfect shade though

\The reasons I hate this are as follows:
1) This packaging .A small bump and the bottle breaks and this has happened twice
2)The smell of this foundation is AWFUL .Gives you a headache.
3) No matter what you use to apply the product it goes on cakey.

I found this on clearance at target for only $2. I must say that this is one of the best drugstore foundations that I've tried. My skin tends to get oily and at the end of the day, it seems like the stuff doesn't stay put but this foundation did.

Great even buildable coverage! I have a birthmark on my chin a bit darker than my skin tone and this covered it i was amazed, even after using MAC studio fix with no luck. The only drawback which hinders me from purchasing this in the near future is no matter where i put it on my face it caused my eyes to water so i would have to quickly apply powder to lessen it. Other than my bad reaction id reccomend it.

This aged me rather than being anti-aging. Coverage was too heavy and it accentuated lines. It did give a matte finish and seemed to keep the t-zone oil-free; however, the overall effect was not pretty, at least on my complexion. Perhaps it would work for some people.
I bought it thinking it was the same as the Instant Age Rewind Creme foundation that has been discontinued; boy was I sure wrong. I don't know why they had to change the formulation as I think it was pretty popular.
At any rate, I would not repurchase.

This review is for the new one with the Gojo Berry and Caffeine. This is also my first try of a Maybelline foundation. I have been faithful to L'oreal my entire life. I just recently started collecting different ones to try and this was one of them I picked up. I tried yesterday for first time. The coverage to me seems light to medium. It looked nice after it was applied, and very natural looking and feeling. After it dried a bit I applied very lightly a loose powder over to set. Through out the day I kept checking on it in mirror and my nose and the sides of it turned into very shiny and oily. I blotted with more powder (this time pressed) and like less then an hour later there was shine again. I felt like my face had a little bit more of a "greasy" feel to it entire day, (like if I rested my hand on my face etc..) It didn't have that soft matte feel, it was more of a sticky kind of greasy feel, although I would look in the mirror and it didn't appear as greasy as it felt? If that makes any sense. So this foundation seems just OK, not horrible, but not great either. This would be one I wear if I am not doing anything special, just sitting home, and taking dog for walk etc.. But I actually may return mine for something different since I'm not really thrilled with it.

I don't wear foundation that much, but to me this one is too unnatural. I think it is way too heavy coverage for me and my fiance tells me it looks like way too much as well. It tends to make me look too pale and washed out with a white overtone. I have porcelain light ivory 1. It also made me break out and I don't really break out. The good part is it does even out your skin tone and looks good with a lot of blush or bronzer over top. I think I will try a tinted moisturizer or bare minerals next time for a more natural look.

Chanel, Armani, YSL, Guerlain, yep, tried them all and never found one that really made me happy. Have been using Olay tinted moisturizer lately and on my last business trip forgot to pack it. Ran to CVS and bought this out of dire need. I cannot believe how good this is. I have normal skin with just a bit of uneveness and have always been seeking a foundation to give my a dewy glow. Nothing really fit the bill, but this one does. Price is so reasonable compared to high end foundations. Who knew? This will be my foundation from now on.

SPF factor 18 was too high. Greasy as hell on my skin and I have dry skin. Melted off my face in the heat as soon as I put it on. Total crap.
Bought it in color DARK.

I liked the texture and coverage of this product, which was perfect for my skin (50+ although my skin looks like 40+) with its medium coverage and roller application. However, it has a fatal flaw: its "Classic Ivory" is not ivory at all, but colored with a tan hue which means I have to use another foundation over it to neutralize the shade. What's up with mislabelling the color? I've used other Maybelline and Revlon foundations in Classic Ivory and never had this problem. A complete waste of money as a result if you have pale skin.

This is the best maybelline foundation I've tried so far. I have the newer one where the label reads "Radiant Firming Makeup" and it has goji berry and caffeine in it. It gives medium coverage and has a nice natural finish. The wear time is not bad though not as good as foundations marketed as long wearing. Despite all these positive qualities, I will not repurchase. The closest color match for me, "Nude," is too orange. I'm not sure if all the shades of this foundation are too orange or just the one I have. I've worn the shade "Nude" before in other maybelline foundations and they've always been a pretty good match on my skin so I was really surprised by the orangey-ness of this one.

I can't email them from Canada so I thought I would write what I thought of their product. I am 55 years old and have fairly nice skin for my age. I have used various foundations on my skin with no problem at all. I tried this product and my skin or the product is peeling off. When I rub it in there are bits of peeled off skin or foundation coming off. Whats with that?? Has anyone had that problem? I have never had it with any other product. I wish they had an email address that I could write to but it is only to the states. There is a phone number but I am not good with phones. Any help out there??

My mom had this a few years back, and I used some of it after I had run out of my foundation and didn't have a chance to pick up some more. It was nice and I remember thinking it wasn't too bad of a foundation.
Fast forward to the present, I was at Target, and for some reason they had a certain number of shades of this on sale for about $4. Again, I was out of my usual foundation, running low on cash, so I picked it up. I'm only 18, so I obviously don't need anything for aging. I mainly just picked it up because of the price and shade match.
The shade I bought really fits my skin tone well, and it blends in very nicely. I use a makeup sponge when applying, because the foundation is a little thicker than I am used to. I would say it has medium to full coverage, depending on how you put it on. Covers up imperfections well, and it goes on just very slightly dewy, but not enough to overpower my oily skin. Has pretty good staying power as well.
I only wish this didn't have Goji Berry in it. I think this broke me out a little when I first started wearing this. I don't wear this everyday, usually only when I have a tough breakout that needs to be covered. Since I don't wear it all that often, I don't think the Goji berry causes any problems. However, if I were to wear this everyday, I think it would create more acne :(
I would buy this again if it were on sale, and I think I will keep a bottle around just for those days when my skin looks really bad and needs more coverage. Overall, its a pretty nice foundation, one of the better ones I've tried. I would recommend it, it seems to be a good quality drugstore foundation.

A high-quality foundation for $6.00. WHAT??
I ran out of my precious Smashbox Camera Ready and didn't want to fork over almost $50 for a new one. Walgreens had Mabelline foundations on sale for 40% off so I figured I would give it a try. OMG I am so pleased! Very nice non-cakey coverage. Apply with a brush for heavier application or a wet sponge to go lighter. Set with powder and you are good to go. I will never buy the Smaskbox again. If you find this in a color that works on your skin then you are golden!

I used to love this make up until they changed the formula and added Gogi berry. It started breaking me out so I had to quit using it. And now I cant find a good foundation...

This product did not work for me! I don't really know what I was thinking seeing that I'm 23 and do not really need "Age Rewind" makeup yet. I got this is Classic Ivory, the color matched well however I had two issues with this. 1) IT BROKE ME OUT HORRIBLY 2) It was a little cakey looking on my skin.
On the other hand my boss uses this foundation(she is closer to 40) and it looks absolutely amazing on her and doesn't cause her to break out. So if you are young and break out prone avoid this but if you have older skin give this a shot it might work.

Pros:
-Very lovely finish if you apply it properly.
-You don't need much product at all!
-If you know how much to use, it doesn't take long to apply (with a sponge or fingers.)
-Doesn't make me break out.
Cons:
-Wouldn't recommend to oily skin types. It will make you look very oily.
-It's difficult to get right.
-The screw top packaging is difficult. Very easy to pour too much onto your hand.
-The secret herbal aloe vera whatever it was in it doesn't do anything.
Overall: Anything that says, "Age Rewind" is bull****ing you. You can't rewind your age, Maybelline. Stop being twats.

I usually spend lots of money on makeup. My HG of foundations is Makeup Forever Matte Finish.
Well, I was all out of my foundation and I noticed I had received a $5-off coupon on one of my reciepts from the drug store, so, I bought the Instant Age Rewind Foundation to hold me over till I found time to go to Sephora.
Guess what? I never ended up buying the Makeup Forever foundation after all...! This Maybelline product is FANTASTIC!!! WoW! .....and big time savings compared to my old HG!!!!

I stumbled upon this foundation when I was wasting time just testing makeup at the counter, as soon as I put a swipe on my cheek it just melted in to my skin and I though I have to buy this right now! As soon as I started wearing it people started to comment on how good my skin looked, this foundation is the best I have ever had..YAY :-).
