It was okay, but I didn't notice any difference in my hair when using this with a flat iron. My stylist recommended this spray for me -- she said I probably didn't notice a difference because I don't use enough product -- I used to just spray four times each time I flatironed my short hair. You are supposed to be more generous and spray in each couple inch sections of hair.
It is supposed to prevent hair from splitting being a thermal protectant, but I didn't notice less breakage (and again, I may not have used enough product).
It smells nice and is not sticky nor causes buildup.
Eh. It's ok. Keeps hair from frizzing but doesn't, for me personally, add any shine. It doesn't weigh hair down, simply seems to prevent damage and that's about all. Okay, but not impressive enough to repurchase.

i thought this product was GREAT if you use it with aquage beyond shine it gives you a little bit of both so it gives body and shine at the same time!!
A little sticky at first but after flat ironing and combing hair feels nice and soft - silky! Love Aquage!
My hairstylist recommended this to me .. I had mentioned that I had a problem getting curls to stay in my hair and she suggested this and also to help protect from the heat. I think it really does help, my curls last longer and it really does protect my hair from the heat. It smells really good IMO. It is a bit pricey . I paid 18.95 for this and she gave me a 10% discount, but I only use this when I use my curling iron and I use the Tresseme heat tamer spray when I flat iron , cause that seems to work best w/ my flat iron. But I will repurchase when I run out.
Very nice heat protective styler. I used this often when I was in my "aquage craze" and it did a great job of protecting my hair whether I was using my straightener or curling iron. It does feel a bit sticky, and can make your hair crunchy if you overspray, but it can easily be brushed out. Another bonus of this is the pleasant, fresh scent. Would repurchase.
I use a large-barrel curling iron everyday on my ends, so I'm always looking for a heat spray to help with protection and hold. Unfortunately, I found this product to be quite drying and it did not do a good job of holding my style. I much prefer Sebastian's Hot Works.
Love everything Aquage, and this is no
exception!Use this on dry hair before
curling iron and it gives my hair the
oomph it needs!
