    It does what it says, which is control oil, but it left my skin really tight and it didn't moisturize at all.

    Another good item i prefer among the h20+s ...i bought b/c it was sold with half price when there was a special treat. A bit beyond my expectation, this oil-free hydrator works on me... no break...
