This is a decently hard hold hairspray by Matrix that lasts about 2/3 of a school day. It has an odd smell that I don't like very much, but it does not linger long after drying. The formula does dry quickly and does not feel crunchy. I would not really call this a freezing spray, the hold isn't that intense. It holds a tease nicely and doesnt feel thick. It feels light and does not add any texture or shine to the hair. This is a nothing special hairspray to me, to be honest. The mini size is nice to touch up.

Overall, its a basic decent holding hairspray that's a little pricey. I would not buy again since I have a collection of about 30 hairsprays and this isn't anything spectacular.

This used to be my HG hairspray. It has super mega holding power and an awesome fragrance to boot. However, the formula was changed for California customers due to a newer, tougher, clean air law in California. The result is a super wet, doesn't want to dry hairspray. Because it's so wet, you keep spraying and spraying because the holding power isn't there... An hour or so later, when it does fully dry, you will have ice hard hair :(

this has been a hg for years. gives great hold, but doesn't get that dried out, stiff look. in recent years the 14oz can did become a 12oz can at the same price, but it's still very worth it. i usually have at least 3 of these on hand so i never run out.
