neutral and sheer with pink opalescence. Very very pretty and shiny though not the most flattering shade for my fingers (which are a bit reddened admittedly). Need two or three coats to see it properly. Recommend for an understated yet very feminine look. The shine lasts fairly well, can't comment on chipping as I haven't worn it long enough - but with this sheer shade it would not be that noticeable anyway
