Aww...this is a good colour for the money. I was looking for a light blue to tint my lid and browbone for a more delicate blue without looking like barbie, and I didn't want to shell out for a MAC shadow for an item I wasn't intending to use everyday. It is a sheer, shimmery baby blue. Very icy, very pretty. I love it for what I purchased it for, and I am impressed with the quality of this product. Buttery, easy to blend, I might have to buy ALL of the WNW collection now!

This light blue is exactly that - light. I wish it was more pigmented. I think I could only use this to highlight my brow...maybe paired with W-n-W Blue Lagoon or Milani Atlantis. But hey....$1.99...who can beat that?
