I think this and the A-Copper serum are totally underrated products. I use them in the morning and my skin is MUCH less oily throughout the day. Yes, the cream seems like it would be too heavy but it sinks right in and doesn't break me out. I use DDF's foaming cleanser morning and night plus the A-Copper duo in the morning, and at night I use the SSC Continuously Clear moisturizer. The results have been terrific.

I never understood the claims for this product. This was introduced a few years ago when Osmotics' Blue Copper Cream was gaining in popularity. Osmotics' claim was that the blue copper peptides in their product would stimulate skin healing and collagen production. A Copper from SSC was targeted for Oily skins yet they had the Osmotics jar out on their counter (with tape covering the name) on HSN, showing what you could pay for a cream containing copper. I found it totally rediculous since the claims SSC was making were completely different from the claims Osmotics were making. Just another ho-hum product, a "me too" item to try to get customers away from high performance creams containing copper. I can tell you, Osmotics customers would not trade Blue Copper for this stuff!

Had this a while ago in a kit!!! This stuff has oxidized copper in it! Its suppose to be for oil control, but the cream is too emoilent! Has this intrusive odor/fragrance to it! Recycle it to a hand cream!! Very doubtful this cream can control oil!!! Bad product!!

Excellent product. I use this before I put on my Retin-A at night. The smell is a marine type fragrance therefore, reminiscent of the beach. I don't break out from this either.

I like this cream because I don't break out from it...I use it right before my Clarifying Treatment. I don't understand what all the fuss is about the smell? I don't notice anything unusual...I am still using the older packaging product so maybe they made it smell abit different with it's new green packaging...I haven't tried the A Copper Serum yet as I am waiting to finish this first.

I couldn't wait to try this to control my oily areas, opened it up & the smell was well lets just say not a pleasant one. I put it on anyway, but didn't control oil very well. :( continued >>

I hated the smell of this prodcut and it didn't go away for a long time. I didn't like the feel of it either.

I loved this one! My face looked and felt wonderful after using this product and I have used quite a few ones. Both expensive and drug store ones. I noticed my skin glowed after using this and it doesn't normally glow with other products. The price may be a bit high although less than most expensive products. I recommend this product. I have oily skin and am prone to breakouts. The made my skin feel and look great!

This product is awesome. It offers intensive moisture for oilier skin (yes even oily skin needs a little extra moisture sometimes). When I use this product I notice the flakey areas of my face (which is usually around my mouth) disappear and my skin is less oily through the day. It is rich, kind of a creamy gel formula which has a very pleasant smell and absorbs quickly. For extra moisture and oil control I use this cream with the A cooper serum. I put the serum on first and then the cream.What would make this moisturizer even better? is if it came with spf, and if it came in a tube, or a bottle with a pump. But all in all this is a absolutely wonderful moisturizer. I highly recommend it.

The product is suppose to help control oil. I have very oily skin and I saw no improvement at all. It was a waste of my money.

I love this cream, I like this copper cream and one from Skin-Biology as well, this one smells better than the one from Skin-biology. I have dry skin, this moisturized it without breaking me out.

I wanted to like this. Purchased this before I switched to Brandt products and this broke me out horribly. Gave to my SO who has dry skin and it broke him out too.

This would be a nice, rich moisturizer if it weren't for the disgusting smell. I know that they market this for oily skin, but I think that it's too rich for oily skin types.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this cream! It is a rich moisturizer that is great for my combination/acne prone skin during the dry winter months. I have such a hard time finding a cream that gives me enough moisture, but doesn't make my skin breakout. This is a definite staple for me, and I highly recommend it!
