I brought this product once I had seen all the hype that was around it and I was reluctant to buy it as I didn't tend to wear powders at all before I brought this. I use this on top of my Rimmel Wake Me Up foundation & it makes such a difference! As Wake Me Up is quite dewy/oily looking once on the skin, this powder makes it much more natural looking and definitely helps to keep my foundation stay on. It's not too expensive and the packaging is so cute but does wear off easily but I'm really not fussed about that, definite repurchase! continued >>

I needed pressed powder to set my foundation and when I was looking around I saw this and decided to get this . I recommend this product because It makes your foundation last . I have no complaints except for the color range is not big so make sure you get your right shade or else later on it makes you look pale !! And I also don't like the packaging because it does not have a secure lid so if you want to bring it with you and toss it in your purse expect powder everywhere !! other than that I recommend this product !!
I have been using more and more matte powders and I like they way they were working, but this is by far my favorite. It has lasting power and hides my pores, the most important thing I look for in powder. my only cons are the packing and no applicator. Other then that I would not only repurchse I would also recommend this product.
I've searched for a touch-up powder... high, low, to the four corners of the Earth; Yet I have never ran into a powder quite like this. The performance is amazing, considering that I have THE MOST OILIEST SKIN IN THE WORLD. I could literally make CRISCO rich... LoL! Anyways, here's the verdict:
PROS:
- NEVER oxidizes, alters the color of my foundation, or leaves an ashy-ness veil on my face (big one for me)
- blots oil beautifully and actually LASTS
- 14g of product for $7 (what a steal...!)
- has a warm tone that matches mine (SANDSTORM)
- never gets cakey or chalky throughout the day (8hrs I've tested)
- looks MATTE but not FLAT
- fragrance isn't too overwhelming (nice n' soft)
CONS:
- packaging is not your traditional touch-up powder case, kind of a pain to open and hold both pieces when you're trying to touch-up (RIMMEL please fix that...)
- no mirror
- no compartment for a sponge
Other than that RIMMEL, props to you all and this HG product... Just work on the packaging please =)
My new HG setting powder. I've never tried MUFE but I had one by MAC and I also used a pressed translucent power from NYC. They were both okay but this one takes the cake. You have to be careful though because if you use too much if will look cakey. This makes my makeup last the whole work day! I came home and my face looked almost as good as when I left. I don't have incredibly oily skin but my T zone gets greasy during the summer. The packaging sucks but I don't bring my makeup with me so I don't mind. I definitely recommend this to any girls with oily skin!

With almost all makeup I go through phases of liking one product then moving on to another, but the only thing that stays constant is my Stay Matte powder. I have repurchased it countless times, one pan lasts me about 3-4 months and it's only like $3.50 so that's a fantastic deal. Before finding this I had some frustrating experiences with pressed powder either looking gross and cakey, or breaking me out, but this powder is perfect. Never once broken me out, and has a perfect light finish that is long lasting, mattifying and never too thick. Best ever, I hope they never stop making this stuff.
I have been using this for about two weeks now. I use it to set my makeup mainly in my t-zone (where my combo skin tends to get shiny), but sometimes I'll go ahead and dust it all over. I picked the Sandstorm shade because I was worried the translucent shade would turn out too chalky on me, and I'm very happy with the color of this--no chalkiness at all and I don't have to work much to buff it in.
I would say this works great for about 4 hours. Then I'm needing to blot...but overall I'm happy with the 4 hours of coverage. For the price ($3) I think it works very well.
The packaging is pretty much crud. I have used the Rimmel bronzer with the same type of package though so I knew what I was getting into with this. Because of that, this (and the bronzer) don't get thrown in my purse during the day for touch-ups. I have taken them on an overnight in my makeup bag and despite the loose lids they've done fine with that (I feel like I'm talking about my kids, lol).
I know this product will last a long time. I have used it daily and can't tell it's been used. My bronzer has had pretty much daily use for like 9 months now and I have JUST touched the pan on it.
Overall, good quality for the cheap price. Will definitely repurchase.

Firstly, for the price this is great, you also get 14g! Many powders, higher end compacts are as little as 7g so the volume is great.
I have very very oily skin, I use this to set my make up and buff it it. My skin looks great for about 3 hours but then i get oild agen around the nose, between brows and chin. You need touch ups, even with all the setting sprays and primers in the world.
Colour, I must admit is brilliant for a lower priced brand, it has yellowy undertones instead of the standard pink, so there are no tide marks for me!
I get this for day to day use becuase of its volume and I go through alot of powder when i apply my make up. However when im on the go I use benefit flawless as its easir to apply and better, but u get like, nothing in it!
Packaging is terrible tho, cud have made it a compact I would definatley pay more for that.
I wear this over EL Double wear. Sets my makeup perfectly and I do stay matte. Don't have to take it with me for touchups, doesn't look cakey. Great powder! Wish the packaging was better though.
I love this powder!
It doesn't have a smooth soft texture, it is rather chalky, but this is how I know that it will keep my face matte and absorb the excess oil.
I have combo-oily skin very prone to acne and I have sensitive skin ><
This product controlled my oil all day despite different weather conditions.
There are very few colour choices and I chose sandstorm which matches my NC30 skin tone.
It doesn't provide much coverage as it is a pressed powder, but it does even out some flaws or minimizes the appearance, making it look less obvious. I really love this powder and it is soo afforadable!
Defintely an HG for me! continued >>
