I used this on my arms and legs and it literally sat on my skin. When I put my clothes on, it looked like I had huge grease spots on my jeans and sweater. So it ruined my clothing and never did a thing for my skin...not to mention its a b!$ch to get out of the tub. Never again!!! I dumped the product, soaked the tub in hot, soapy water and will use it to add my DIY moisturizer in.
I HATE this product broke out big time thinking vitamin e is good for the skin as my mum swears by this as its so worked wonders for her
If I could give it no lipplies I would
I love this. I bought it as a lotion before but felt too much of it got wasted so I decided to get the little jar. I adore the smell. It is my favorite scented lotion ever. It makes my skin feel incredibly smooth. I use it not so much to treat existing scars but to prevent new marks due to weight loss and also firm my skin. It is highly moisturizing and feels much better than the lotion and you can use less of it. I'm getting the bigger jar once I'm out of the little one.
-I have the cocoa butter formula with E in a jar
-yes it is greasy, so I use it at night
-I use it over all my other under eye products every night. keeps all my other creams locked in and hydrates my under eye area
-I use it every other night to soften my lashes
-doesn't make me break out. but I don't use it on my nose or cheeks unless my skin is really dry
-I used it on my son when he got bad sunburn, he loved the smell so much and he felt it soothed his burn.
It is the thickness of this product that makes me hesitant about using it. I guess the lotion in a bottle would be more to my liking, but I have a whole tub of this that I have yet to use up.I do think this is greasy and just sits on my skin which puts me off using it. The smell of this product though is divine! I will probably try to use it on my feet or elbows but won't be purchasing this again.
LOVE. Makes skin look amazing and hydrated. Helped even out the skin tone on my body. I don't know about the whole "stretch mark" thing, as I've sort of just accepted that stretch marks happen, but it I really like it as a lotion. Would definitely buy again!
Love the smell and texture, and it certainly moisturizes, but.......I found it was a bit too 'thick' for me, even in the winter when I have very dry skin. When I apply, my skin becomes VERY greasy and it doesn't wear off. I use this product in VERY small amounts if at all.
Have been using this for years and swear by it. So nourishing for my skin, moisturising and has reduced my surgery scars.
Love the smell, the consistency, a little goes a long way, the feel of my skin after - it makes it so supple and smooth!
Prefer the jar formula to the lotions. It's more... buttery? Knocked one lippy off because sometimes it takes a while for my skin to soak it up, which means that I can't get dressed straight away because I don't want the grease all over my clothes.
Excellent for blurring and softening bruised or dry skin I first became aware of this line while on family vacation in Bermuda. We rented mopeds and yes, I managed to ride straight into a curb middle age style and was lucky to have only suffered minor injuries. When the swelling went down, vitamin e and this incredible jar of Palmers original formula began blurring and eventually healing my roughed up ankle and leg. I still use this as an overnight foot treatment with Vaseline on top, then socks. Same consistency as coconut oil (it warms and liquifies at the touch, but works better for these particular purposes.
Edit: Also great for frostbitten hands and knuckles. I am pretty bad with wearing gloves for short walks and no other hand creme soothes my poor hands like this one. Never want to be without this!
Excellent product, i use it for scars and skin imperfections; it's not cheap, but it lasts a long time; the jar holds up even when dropped on the floor; ill buy it again.
