First of all, I have to disclose that this review is for my mom. These have been discontinued by Stila and she is looking for a replacement. She liked these so much because they imparted a nice shine without stickiness (don't you hate when your freshly washed and blown hair sticks to your lips?) I believe you can get a couple of the colors at Zappos but otherwise, it is gone. Please email me if you have a recommendation for a new product she should try.

creamy color. applies well. great packaging. tastes really really bad which is why i wouldn't repurchase.

This is my absolute favorite lip product. I have been searching for the perfect nude lip for years, and finally! I've found it! I have fair skin, white actually, so finding a lip color that doesn't make me look like trashy or too frosted up was a miracle. The colors I have are sheen, gleam, sparkle, varnish, and brilliance. And believe it or not, they're ALL the perfect nude for me. And that leads me to believe that they're all perfect for any skin tone. The liquid isn't too thick or sticky, although I do have to do touch ups after I've eaten something. The only con is the applicator which is a little annoying when it gushes out too much.

A girl cannot have too many lip glosses!! This lip polish is great. It's a little pricey though. If you can pick up these lip polishes in a set do it, you'll save a lot more money. The consistancy of this is pretty thick but not too thick and I didn't notice a bothersome smell. It last a long time and that I am very happy with that. My lips stay really moisturized and they don't peal after a few hours. The color is a really nice mauvy baby pink. Perfect on those low key days or when you have a dramatic eye and you need to tone things down. This color is versitile and I am all for that=)

It glides on wonderfully and it is not sticky at all. It does have an odd smell but it's something I can live with. It is expensive as well. Overall, I would say it's pretty good.

I prefer this much more than LipGlaze, despite the fuzz created by magazines and makeup artist.It's not sticky but it gives a nice natural shine.

I love the applicator. The brush makes application so quick, easy, and light. An excelent product, but slightly overpriced. I got mine in spangle. Smell is slighly weird. Victorias Secret beauty rush lip glosses are better (quality, price, and smell).

I just got this product but I really love it. Non-sticky and glides on nicely. Great range of colours. The scent is not all that nice though.

Comes in nice colors and coverages. I think they have come down a bit in price, too. Color isn't the best, but the no mess applicator is great.

This is one of my all time favorite lip-color products and I've used it repeatedly for a few years. The texture is perfect - smooth and substantial (but not sticky, gooey, etc.). I hate it when I see a color I love...only to find that the product is so, so sheer/light etc. and you can never actually get *that* color on your lips or make it stay- this solves that problem. I love a lot of the colors, including Glisten and Glimmer. I also like the packaging on this - I know some people don't like the clicking and all, but somehow it makes me feel like I'm using the perfect tool.

Have this in Glisten. YLBB color on me - applicator works well. Moisturizing but doesn't last very long on me. I like the fact that there is no flavor or fragrance; I'm not willing or interested in smelling like anything edible.

I'm reviewing the LE lip polish shade in gloss. I've finally found a peachy-pink lipgloss with a fair amount of pigment! This gorgeous shade comes in the holiday lip polish set. (I think the set was called "A Polished Affair")
Anyway, I keep trying all these peachy-pink glosses only to find them almost clear on my pigmented lips, so by comparison that would make "gloss" the prettiest peachy-pink lipgloss I have found so far. I wish stila would make this shade permanent.

I've got a "glimmer" and love this color so much. Stila has a lot of selection on color and some colors you can't even find from others. the lip color with shine gloss all in one pen. But it's not that shine enough so I have to apply with H2O shine gloss on it to make it perfect. The big prblem on this lip polish I don't like is when I click and click and get no product comes out, but suddenly a huge blob comes out of the brush and I have to put it on or the gloss will be wasted. And the price is not reasonable.

Bought this in shimmer. Really like the soft pink shade which is a MLBB for me (pale skin with pink undertones. Like that there is no fragrance. Prefer to the lip glaze I also bought. Easy to carry.

I love this product! In general, I don't like goopy glosses and creamy lipsticks. I have repurchased "varnish" three times and I'm still in love with it. It gives me a perfect casual wash of color that is not too shiny or "made-up" looking. Just like my own lips but better. I use two clicks at a time and rub it in for natural look intead of painting my lips like I would do with regular lipstick/brush. I like the brush head, but it needs to be popped off to be cleaned periodically and you lose some of the product in the process. Not a big deal, but this lip polish is rather pricy, and I'd like to keep every drop of it! Since the product does not have any masking perfume of its own, I can sometimes detect a slight "oily" smell but it's not too noticeable. Not having a delicious smell is actually a good thing for me-I won't try to lick my lips!

Unlike the lip glaze, I was disappointed by this product. I was hoping for a lipstick in a tube with a brush but instead got a glaze with a thick color. I just sat on my lips. It felt heavy and did nothing to my lips.
Plus, the silver tubing restricts you from knowing exactly how much is left.
I'll stick with lipstains and lipsticks with the glaze instead.

This stuff is OK, but I would not buy again, because they start to smell "off" after a while. The Stila polishes are a good example of it's kind- it only takes me 2-3 turns to get enought of the product out each time. People complain about the mechanism, but there are much worse of this type out there. (ie Sally Hanson Lip Prisms-UGH!).

This is a really good substitute for lipstick....I love the way the colour comes out really intense and feels so light and comfortable...Price is not reasonable but I'll buy it again anyway because it's really convenient...Packaging is sweet and fits anywhere but like I said about the lip glaze, you can't see how much is coming out so sometimes, I end up wasting some of it....it also has staying power...generally it is a quite good product

Yes, I will repurchase this if only I can't find any substitute that has similar pretty color like this. Otherwise this is definitely a NO for me. The color is very pretty (I bought this in glisten, a pinky nude shade). From all the warnings here, I tried to avoid trying it but after my friend snagged me to the counter and the SA out it on my lips, just couldn't resist getting it. However, the package is such a pain! From what you all said, I try to click it one by one before the time I'm going to use it. Yeah... nothing come out! And even after click and click and click. Nothing come out. There's no big goop or anything. Nothing come out even I click it for ten times in a row! Yeah... there's no waste... and I barely get a color on my lips. It's also not last. Well, maybe I should change my mind and decide not to repurchase. After think about it, only the color is not worth for all trouble follow.
