This is a descent tinted moisturizer for little money. It's not as good as the Clinique or Boots I've reviewed here though they are far more expensive. I have to buy this shade and the medium-dark and mix equal parts to get the right shade. It protects w/an SPF 15. It's not too dry nor to heavy, but walks the road right inbetween. It's texture is not as finely milled as the Clinique's and Boots, but it shouldn't be at this price point. It spreads quite evenly with very little need for blending. The appearance it gives the skin is not the most refined, but it does so nicely at this pricepoint. It wears well and seems to adhere to the skin rather efficiently. Add a bit of gel or cream based blush and you've a very natural look. It evens out skin just enough. They have been around for quite some years so CG must sell alot of them as they've not been discontinued. It's one of the most inexpensive tinted moisturizers I'm aware of at this particular performance level. That's saying alot. Highly Recommended..

This tinted moisturizer provides very, very sheer coverage. It's a little drying, probably because it doesn't contain any oil and talc is one of the ingredients, so it's not suitable for my dry skin.

Purchased this on sale for $3 so I got fair to light and light to medium. I am very fair and the fair to light was a little to light but the light to medium was perfect!
I have oily skin so I was a little reluctant to try a a tinted moisturizer but this doesnt make my skin super shiny, I ofcourse have to set it with a powder and blot occasionally throughout the day but it was better than I expected.

HG...finally, an spf tm that looks good, feels good, and doesn't cost a fortune.
Not too heavy on the tint, not too sheer. Provides enough moisture and a noticeable improvement for even skin tone without looking masked.
There is a slight sheen, which is expected of spf moisturizers, but I would call it more of a dew or glow versus shine.
Slight scent of sunscreen, but not bad. It just smells clean. I love this stuff...light, cool moisture...great skin primer for powder. This combined with a little pressed powder totally controlled my normally oily tzone without making me feel dried out or cakey.
It's perfect. Totally recommend it.

I really like this product. I don't like heavy foundations at all, rarely wear them, but was looking for something light to even out my skin tone and give me sun protection (this has SPF 15). Bought this on a whim and really like it. It gives a dewy look to one's skin (and I have combination skin) and I never worry that I'll have that caked-on look.
Overall, I really like this product and will purchase again.

One of the best DS TM's I've tried so far. All other TMs from the DS make my skin feel very oily and never really settle into my skin. This one has significant coverage, blends smooth into the skin and lasts for quite a while. I normally set this with BObbi Brown Sheer powder for that 'no-make-up, make-up' look.
Also, this has never broken me out which is always a plus.

I prefer tinted moisturizers as opposed to foundations, so I was pretty excited to try this. I liked that it was fairly inexpensive, and that it came in a nifty tube. However, I did not get much coverage at all from it. I realize that tinted moisturizers are supposed to be more sheer, but it did nothing for me. It also made my already oily skin even oilier, which was not cool at all. I returned it, and bought the Salma Hayek tinted moisturizer, which has worked beautifully for me.

i love this! I use it so much for an everyday glow to my skin. It is very sheer, yes, but it is definitely not full coverage so for any of you with a lot of acne, you won't like this! It is so great if you are having clear skin, because it is quick and simple to swipe on your face, and it will moisturise and feel light weight on your skin without being bad for your skin. I personally find this too pink for my skin, but i think this is amazing for my skin and it looks really healthy on your skin. Really great! i love this, and will keep on purchasing.

Great price for a foundation however it was slightly too sheer even for a tinted moisturizer. I liked that it didn't make me feel greasy or sticky. Nice lightweight packaging, okay product but I do want to try out other foundations in my continual search for the HG. I would recommend this only to those who need little to no coverage.

if you have pretty clear skin this product will work great for you. if you have acne-prone skin it might not work so great for you. this makes you look like you have more color and is not cacky at all. its so smooth and it blends nice but does not give you much coverage. the price is pretty good for drugstore,

i was looking for a good tinted moisturizer because i hate the feeling of foundation on my skin, but i wanted to even out my skintone. i saw this, and i liked the fact that it came in a squeeze tube and was relatively inexpensive. plus it advertised that a good part of it was water so i figured it couldn't hurt.
the first day i wore it, my GUY friend (you know something is wrong when even guys notice it) said that my face was really shiny. now, i normally have extremely oily skin, so i was thinking "oh wow is it really that much oilier than it usually is?" so i looked in the mirror and i looked like a serious greaseball. it was disgusting.
however, i thought i could just use more blotting sheets, no big deal. a few days later, i started breaking out into cystic pimples (like 4), which i NEVER get. ever. this was the only new product in my regimen, so it must have been this one.
however, all these aside, this did give really good, natural looking coverage. however, my cystic breakout took 2 weeks to fully heal. i noticed this works for a lot of people, but seriously if you have oily skin to begin with, i would suggest reconsidering.

Not bad but not great. It's a little too liquidy and kind of feels like it just sits on your skin. The coverage is ok. It's a TM so as expected it's not going cover blemishes. It goes on pretty evenly but it's a bit greasy. I prefer ELF's Hydrotint.
EDIT: Taking a lippie off. I've started using BB creams and realized how awful the coverage was with this TM.

I wanted a tinted mositurizer and a littler coverage so went to my local Rite aid and picked this up and I must say that I love this product, it gives me a made up look without having to wear foundation, has a litter coverage although I don't need any, it lasted all day, was dirt cheap, but most of all it has spf and fps spf 15 in it it's an overall good product I and I would def buy it again the only reason it doesnt get five is because I hate that dewy look when I sweat

The only reason this product loses a lippy is because it is the suspect of my recent breakouts. I cannot tell for sure if this is the culprit or the monthly culprit. I REALLY hope that it's not the reason because I love this product. The squeeze tube makes for an easy application. The sheerness of the product does not cover blemishes but easily evens out the skin tone making it look like you're wearing no foundation at all. The SPF factor is always a plus, too. Summer must-have since it never seems to melt off when set with powder and never makes me oily.

honestly this tinted moisturizer is cheap and for the price, it delivers quite well. feels light also and does not irritate my dry skin and does not accentuate my dry skin.

I love this tinted moisturizer! I have been battling a recent breakout and needed to stop wearing so much makeup. I left heavy foundations (which I have accumulated way too many thanks to youtube beauty gurus) for special occasions. This Tinted moisturizer is the best and doesn't break me out at all!
-It is a fraction of the price of Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, and Tarte all of which I love, but to use everyday would be really expensive.
-It is very light weight.
-Good if you like dewy sheer cover.
-Works great with concealer.
-Very small, easy to take along.
-The color is great on my beige tone. You don't even notice I'm wearing anything!
Please Covergirl don't ever discontinue this!

I've repurchased this tinted moisturizer 3 times because I think it's the only drugstore moisturizer that works.
PROS:
- Packaging. It's easy to get the right amount out of the tube.
- Color selection. There's a color for everyone. (:
- Has SPF 15 to protect your skin throughout the day.
- Designed with AquaCurrentScience which leaves your face feeling lightweight.
- Application is very smooth.
- No smell!
- No break outs!
CONS:
- Doesn't last all day for people with really oily skin. I have oily skin and I have to blot at least two times throughout the day.
I really recommend this product for people who doesn't like to wear a lot of makeup or for anyone who just started wearing makeup.
