This is the best sunblock in the market for all skin types, especially for acne prone, oily skin. Great sun protection, milky thin, extremely easy to apply, leave a matte finish, won't cause clog pores or acne problem unlike most sunblocks in the market, plus one bottle will last about half year even with everyday application. That's dirt cheap considering how long it lasts. The 2nd choice would be Shiseido's sunblock, that's the only two sunblock I can apply on my skin.

i got this online for about 20 dollars
it is fragrance free- which i love!!! no white cast, not sticky,no breakouts, very milky so sinks in the skin quickly, i wore it under my makeup for a wedding and it worked great.
the cons are- its pretty small for the price, and you can only buy online, also i wonder if the protection really is SPF 50- i wore it in tropical sun one day and it didn't seem to protect as well as my shiseido 55.
but it is my hg sunscreen for around town, just not the beach.

Don't understand why this works on so many people but me.
Clogged my pores like crazy - I get gunky white bumps from using it.
Made me TAN even though I applied it religiously every few hrs, everyday during a week of summer holiday in Paris (not some tropical country)!

Never have I had the "Holy Grail"skincare or cosmetic products. This product has made me change the above views. I have bought Sofina Perfect UV White Protect Sunscreen. This sunscreen is very light. My face does not feel heavily greasy and clogged after application. The main thing is that I have not had any breakouts. The product claims to contain whitening ingredients to suppress melanin production. I am not sure about this.

This is the best product discovered in years thanks to MUA-friends. The product is a liquid and sinks into my combination skin within 2 minutes. I use this product on top of YONKA cream 11(on the dry spots), on a serum this sunscreen does not work well. My foundations looks dewy and stays this way the entire day.
Try this sunscreen if you have tried everything else under the sun, you will be positively surprised. The product without fragrance is the one most suitable for sensitive skins and/or people with allergies.
I suppose that Sofina is a Japanese brand. Japan has strict regulations on cosmetics and Japan is very sunny in summers. For these reasons I trust this product to be a stable sunscreen.

I think the product is overall good. But I have to say I would not purchase this again having other options I had while I was in Japan.
One has good 10-15 options on sunscreen goods for face over there. I have to say other products were just as good, if not better but with better prices...and I've tested many while I was there.
I am not sure why this one in particular costs 3 times more than the other brands when they do pretty much the same thing and have the same exact ingredients. What a rip-off. For example I tried both Biore and Nivea spf 50 sunscreens which were just as effective and gentle to my face at 1/3 of the cost. But I guess when you don't have access to other options, one has to purchase the most expensive one that's available....
sigh....but you can bet I won't be purchasing this one again.

Two years ago when I went to Singapore, I took very long time to make the deicision on which sun block should I use. I had the very ¡§horrible experience¡¨ on Shiseido Sun Block SPF 35+ cream before. Therefore, I searched and took lots of advice from my friends and finally chose Sofina.
Originally, I planned to buy SPF 80 but there¡¦s no stock available (very hit product during summer time). The salesgirl recommended Protect UV Milk SPF 50 to me as I'm the combination type of skin, oily T-zone but dry cheek area. Finally, I bought SPF 50 and found this's so great! Not sticky, very easy to absorb from my face. Really good!! The only thing is that the packaging of this product is not very attractive.
