I bought this because I had previously used the Neem and Tamanu moisturizer with great success. This one was supposed to be even more rich, so I thought why not try it? Big mistake! This moisturizer is terrible! It doesn't moisturize at all and leaves my skin feeling even dryer than before and yet a bit tacky. When a moisturizer leaves your skin dryer, and doesn't contain petroleum products like mineral oil, it's usually because it isn't pH balanced at all. Well, then I look at the ingredients and I was shocked to find that they are terrible! I thought this was supposed to be a greener brand. But instead you see a lot of preservatives and parabens! Yes, there are some oils, but they are not even great oils or special.. they're cheap ones. So why is the prices so high? It's a terrible cheapy moisturizer that doesn't work and contains an ingredient list that belongs on the drugstore shelf with the likes of other cheapy brands. Really disappointed. I have very dry skin and when a product doesn't moisturize me the way it should, I'm disappointed, but I don't generally come on to write a bad review. But this was worse than just not moisturizing; this actively drying and the cheap ingredients are destroying my skin and making it look older and terrible. What a shame. Save your money!

This moisturiser is quick to absorb, non-greasy and doesn't block pores, but isn't really emollient enough for dry skin. It would probably work very well for normal/combination skin. Fragrance is a mild, hint of lavender that doesn't linger for more than a couple of seconds.
