This is a good treatment for damaged or color treated hair, but I guess I used it too often because my stylist said I had so much build up on my hair. Being that my hair is fine already it really weighed it down. But it did make my hair soft.

It is unfortunate that this was discontinued. Not because it does anything great for my hair (as a matter of fact, I don't think it does anything) but the smell is incredible. Aveda should use this scent and come up with a better conditioner. I'm sure it will do very well.

no great improvement to hair for me compared to treatments from lines like kerastase-but the -fragrance- is awesome and that is why i buy it. not that moisturizing and hair is more tangled with this than my other treatments.

I have fine, color treated w/blonde hi-lights that's somewhat normalish hair. I left this on for 10minutes before washing it off. It made my hair silky and soft. No weighed down feeling or look. I love the smell! I will rebuy.

I was reluctant to purchase this at first because of the steep price tag, $34 CDN for 250 ml. But even the first time I used it, it made a noticeable difference in my heavily highlighted hair. It made my hair silky and soft. I left this on for an hour before washing it off. I found the smell to be very pleasant.

This was just ok. Not bad, not good, just ok. I love the scent more than anything. I didn't see a big change in my hair.

I have used and adored this product for years.
The scent alone is to die for. Major aromatherapy session everytime I use it. Using this product is like diving into a vat of sandelwood and other rare, expensive essences. And if that isn't enough, it's one of the most amazing treatment products on the market.
I can't use this product more than once every week and half, or my hair gets too soft and then prone to frizzies. But when I do use it, I'm guaranteed gorgeous tresses. I have a full head full of fine hair with some natural curl, and I have very blonde chemical highlights. Works great.
I buy this in the big salon size containers and it lasts forever. I love it, and I will continue using it until the Aveda discontinues making it or I die, whichever comes first. continued >>

I love this stuff, but am taking one lippy off b/c it's a bit pricey ($38 CDN). However, I will continue to purchase in winter because it is a very good deep conditioning treatment for my normal/dry thick hair, especially if I leave it on for about 15 minutes. The absolute best thing about this stuff, though, is the smell. If you are an AVEDA smell fan, you will LOVE this stuff!

I applied this after washing with Aveda Detox and got very good,not great, results. It's not extremely moisturizing but did not leave my hair tangled or dried out feeling. It didn't weigh my hair down at all and left it very soft and full of body. I probably won't repurchase because of the high price and I have tons of similar products but I will leave it in my rotation untill it's gone. It also smells wonderful! Oh,my hair is thick,dry,curly/wavy.

Did not hydrate at all- left my hair tangled, dry, and unruly. The following time, I used more and left it on for a few more minutes, and the results were the same, except WEIGHED DOWN as well. Terrible product, will not be repurchasing.
