Although I have combination skin on my face, I suffer from dry skin year-round, even in the summer (especially on my legs). I think the self-tanning products I use are part of the problem, so I use this in shower body lotion often. It smells wonderful and does a nice job of adding a little extra moisture to my skin, so I don't need as much body lotion after my shower. However, I do not recommend using this as a shaving lotion, as it really clogs up the razor.

I like this product. Both my husband and I use it because of winter-itchy skin. He hates putting on lotion, but doesn't mind this since he can rinse it off. It has majorly cut down on the itchiness/dryness, and the fragrance isn't too bad. It does linger on the skin and sort of smells *slightly* manly...maybe a little bit sweet-herby? but its not offensive. Anyways I recommend this, its quick and easy to use and does the trick to add a bit more moisture to keep the winter dry away.

My skin gets extra-dry in winter, so I bought this for an extra moisture boost out of the shower. I still need to apply lotion, but this seems to help with some dry, scaly patches I get on my arms in cold weather. A decent product but nothing great. Don't care for the scent, which is a bit masculine, and despite the "shea butter" advertised on the front of the bottle the main ingredient is petrolatum (blech!), and would only buy again on sale.

I have very dry skin, and I wanted to like this product. Unfortunately, this product is just an ineffective gimmick. I will not purchase it again. I used it as directed, and afterward, my skin felt filmy. It was probably a good idea in the marketing meeting at Olay, but it's not a good real world product. I will stick to a regular post-shower moisturizer. I prefer Aveeno or Nivea for daytime and Johnson's baby oil gel for nighttime.

I really liked this, especially the fragrance (I used the pink one), I wish Olay would come out with a body spray in this scent, it smells like pink peppercorns to me. The lotion does stay on very well after rinsing, leaving my skin so soft and moisturized, but not greasy. To tell the truth, I don't usually have time to use this extra step in the shower, preferring to use a moisturizing body wash instead, but once or twice a week I would make the time. I will probably continue to buy it, even though I won't use it on a regular basis. The packaging could be better, though. As mentioned, it can be difficult getting it out of the bottle when it's low.

This stuff is so amazing!!! The first time I used it I was amazed at how soft my skin was after I got out of the shower. I was a little skeptical, and thuoght that I would have to still put lotion on after using this but not the case! I love the subtle fragrance, it smells really pleasant. I used the extra dry skin version, and I definetely felt an improvement in how soft and smooth my skin was. It's pretty expensive but definetely worth the price. If you use it along with teh olay body wash your skin will be so soft!! Great product.

This was fun to try. It moisturized well and was a convenient time-saver. I wouldn't buy again because you can achieve the same results with some body oil or baby oil! Olay marketed this in an interesting/gimmicky way, but the product itself is not that special.

I recieved a sample of this from a very lovely swapper (for extra dry skin). I just used it today and i am inlove already! i am going out to buy more tomarrow! - i used it all over my body, and on freshly shaven leggs and my sking felt so smooth! It has somewhat of a heavy perfume, but i really like the smell, and unlike most bodywashes, it leaves a light sent behid post rinsing. Why do i really love this product? Ease. I do not always have time to apply moisturizer and let it sit in and absorb before dressing when i am in a hurry for work. This makes it easy to moisturize in a hurry. I can also get it everywere all over those hard to reach adn easy for forget places! It is farely inexpensive, also, about 7 bucks for a 15 oz bottle.

LOVE this. I don't exactly use this for moisturizing purposes, but this does hydrate my skin. I looooove the shimmer, which I didn't know this product had. LOVELOVELOVE the smell. Smells like '06 CK One Summer.

I love this stuff! I am extremely lazy when it comes to putting lotion on, even though I have dry skin. I'd usually rather have the dry skin then bother with rubbing lotion all over my body then waiting for it to soak in before I get dressed. This stuff has solved my problems! If you enjoy feeling like you have lotion slathered on thick, then don't buy this product. But if you are happy with having skin just soft enough that it's smooth and not scaly, this product is perfect. Oh, and as some other people have commented, make sure you PAT dry, otherwise you're probably going to wipe all of the lotion off. Also, I did not find the fragrance to be overpowering. Just the opposite actually, and I have a sensitive nose. And yes, a pump would be A LOT better but oh well.

This does absolutely nothing. It would be better to find a cheaper, regular lotion than this marketing gimmick. Wouldn't a lotion that your rub ONTO your skin provide better moisturization than this "new" rinse-off thing? It also made my sensitive skin irritated after a few uses.

I bought this product last week (at Big Lots. 8.4fl oz for like 2.49 lol). I love it already! It has a nice subtle powdery(?) scent (I can't really place what it smells like), which lasts a while. I'm always smelling my skin, it's just such a nice scent :) I like to use it after shaving because my legs get dry & itchy afterward, but this stuff makes my legs so soft and moisturized! It's also pretty thick, for something you'd use in the shower. Doesn't lather well but goes on so smooth. I will continue to use this stuff, that's for sure! Thank you, Olay! <3 continued >>

No more post-shower moisturizing: Yay!! Since I started using this stuff (+5 months) I haven't been able to go without it! Start panicking if i'm running low... Really delivers in my opinion. Don't find it greasy/oily at all, for me it just sinks in nicely leaving my skin soft and supple, when I used to be super-dry. In the winter months I've been a little drier, but that's normal (solved that problem by swapping usual cleanser for the Olay body butter ribbons). But really can't beat this product for ease of use and effectiveness; thank you Olay!

I have the sensitive skin formula, and I love the stuff. I use it after I shave (about once every 3 days) and I rub it in well and wash it off and I'm set. I don't like the packaging, because it's really hard to get the last bit out of it and I don't like spending a couple minutes shaking the bottle to get the stuff out.
EDIT: The Extra Dry formula smells a little worse but works better on my legs. I save the sensitive skin formula for.. well, sensitive areas. Makes sense. And I'm allergic to the Normal/Dry formula for some reason.

The smell was okay, the package was difficult to get the product out of. It went on like conditioner on your skin. Watery, and required a lot. It did saturate, and stayed on. I felt soft, but my skin felt weird. Can't really explain.. itchy really deep? Anyway... I wouldn't really recommend this. Good idea, but the product isn't worth using!

This stuff works so well in the middle of winter. i wouldn't recommend trying it during the summer, or if you have greasy skin but otherwise it is a wonderful product. It might feel greasy at first, but after toweling off your skin will feel nice and smooth.

I like this use this after I shave. My skin becomes noticably softer after each use. It doesn't feel greasy on my skin. It's absorbed after a few mins. It IS very effective. Just remember not to wipe it all away after you get out of shower. Just PAT DRY.

Yuck, I hated the feel of this stuff. It just sort of clung to my skin and stayed greasy, and by the end of the day I just felt dirty. I think this is just a gimick to sell more moisturizers. I will not repurchase.

I bought this product because I am lazy. In theory it would be great to be able to have time to put body moisturizer on after you shower but I just don't find the time. So having said that this product was like an ingenious idea! Unfortunetelty my body didn't have the same reaction.
After I used this product once I noticed that it left a shimmering sparkle. To me this wasn't cool. The next day I realized that my chest had completley broken out! This is a garbage item to me now. The overall softness was ok. But the combo of the sparkle and the breakout just left a bad taste in my mouth.

I said I would buy this product again, but probably only for the summer months. I don't think this works nearly as well as Quench, and my skin isn't really all that dry. Having said that, it still does something, so its good for when I'm rushing. The packing is awful, because as you use it, you have to squeeze harder and harder to even get anything out.
