Lemon Sugar smells much more like sugar than lemon. I agree with a previous reviewer who said it smells like powdered lemonade. That's what it smells like exactly. I love the feel of AZW's lotions, but almost all of them have some base in them that smells like dirt on drydown on my skin. Granted, it takes a few hours to get to this point but still not exactly what I want to smell like. And this scent was no exception to that.

Lemon Sugar, to me, smells most like powdered lemonade - I can smell lemon and those crystals that come in the tub. It's an ok lemon scent but not something I'd have to have again - and for me it lasted about half of the day before it faded completely.

This is one of the first products I have purchased from A Zaftig Woman but definitely will not be my last. I love my Lemon Sugar shea body cream! This fragrance combination is a perfect blend of tart lemon with the softness of sugar as a nice balance. This fragance has surprisingly good staying power - something that is difficult to find with anything citrus. The quality of this lotion is excellent, it absorbs quickly and leave my skin very soft and smooth. It also takes only a tiny bit to moisturize my legs and arms so this bottle will last a very long time. My one and only complaint is that this lotion is so thick and rich that it is a little difficult to squeeze it out of the bottle. I think this would be easier to use if packaged in a jar. I will definitely repurchase when my bottle runs out and probably try it in a few more fragrances too.
