This is my favorite sunscreen. I buy this every summer and it always protects my face from burning! And has never once broken me out! Love it!

Bought this a few summers ago when living in NYC and when I went out for lunch, and maybe I was paranoid but I swear I could feel the sun and pollution attack my face. Putting this product on my face made a noticeable improvement! This stick should not be used as an everyday moisturizer or sunscreen due to its heavy, slightly waxy consistency! Instead, toss it in your purse and use it as a sunscreeen touch up for the rest of the day. It can be rubbed between the hands and smoothed over the body as well as being applied directly to the face. Doesn't run, not too greasy if you use a light hand and blend well. Doesn't distort makeup colors either!

i love this stuff! the only complaint i have is that yes, it's a bit tacky and waxy feeling, but i don't feel that it makes me any oiler nor does it affect my makeup. it has no apparent scent (i hate the sunscreen smell) and is really easy to apply. i rub it in a little after swiping the stick across my face. it dries very quickly, and, also being a student in a sunny climate, try my best to remember sunscreen everyday. for my other body parts, i like neutrogena active breathable.

ABSOLUTELY indispensible for me when I'm out for summer recreation (beach, boat, pool, hiking, etc). UBER-portable, and can be applied without a mirror, without running into eyes, and without greasing up hands. I do think, however, it's too waxy to use as a regular everyday sunscreen in my skincare routine. But for what I need it to do, PERFECTION!

I bought this after reading the previous reviews. It is more sticky than I thought it would be, but not nearly as shiny as lotion sunblocks. I use this only for touch-ups, applying it over what's left of my morning sunblock and makeup. Surprisingly, it doesn't really mess up my makeup and looks almost invisible. If this weren't so sticky, I'd give this a 5.

This is the greatest. I hope they keep making it forever. I am a student in a sunny climate and I use this for touch-ups during the day. It is invisible and I can apply it without a mirror. I just swipe it on and head outside.

I love that it's portable and can take easily on a trip! Leaves face matte, soft, but since I'm afraid of missing a spot, I tend to put a lot on and can feel a little thick on skin. Haven't broken out from it yet, but also don't use every day. No smell either (I hate sunscreen smell!)

Good stuff. Makes me feel more secure that I'm getting real UV protection that just using plain SPF moisturizer on my face. Really is sheer! Feels light, isn't shiny, and doesn't show or affect makeup application.

Made my face a little bit shiny, but not too bad. However, if it even touches my clothes, they permanently get stained orange!!! I'm sick of wearing orange-spotted clothing. It's not worth the hassle.

I use the Coppertone Ultrasheer SPF 30 lotion on my face under makeup, but I keep this in my purse for my hands after washing and even for my lips! It truly is sheer, with no discernible fragrance. Would definitely buy again.

why didnt someone think of this sooner? this is a miracle product for all of us oily skinned gals who realize that sunscreen is v.important, but dont want the compromise of an oily slicked sunscreened face. this stuff dries as it goes on, and remains invisible so it never interferes with your makeup or your skin. def. miracle product my HG of sunscreens. :)

this is an awesome sunscreen for your face. it's very sheer, like the name 'ultrasheer' suggests. it doesn't leave a really oily residue. if anything, it makes your skin softer. i picked a median between SPF 15 and 45, and i'm happy with the results. no burnt face here!
