Nothing positive to report. Bought to address dark circles, to no effect. Instead found success in this regard with La Prairie Caviar Eye Complex.

I am 29, and work in the cosmetics industry. I don't have dark circles, but I started noticing puffiness and tiny fine lines ( I'm a smoker too). So I decided to give this cream a whirl with a sample. I loved it immediately. The pinkish cream-gel texture isn't greasy or heavy. It spread nicely, and absorbed fast. Next, after about 10 minutes, the fine lines significantly diminished and skin looked more radiant and even. I know eventually, as I age, I will need a stronger formula, but for now, I love this eye cream. By the way, feel free to layer your eye creams, as they all do different things. Some ladies mentioned they didn't feel it was hydrating enough, especially in winter - try layering a richer cream over the Issima. I hope this helps. The reason for the 4 lipsticks is because the price is a bit much.... $86 in Toronto.

I don't have major issues with my eye area (no dark circles or lines), so any eyecream would do, as long as it is not irritating. So, I kept purchasing this one just because it feels moisturizing, not at all irritating and its consistency is perfect for me, not thick and not runny either (what I mean is that until recently I had not appreciated this cream, for me it was just an eyecare product, since I would not see any visible result with any eye cream whatsoever). Recently I went though a -short, thankfully-, phase , during which I neglected my skincare routine, meaning getting minimum sleep, sometimes sleeping with makeup on and skipping eyecream in the morning... I noticed a few fine lines under my eye, so I started using concealer (which in general I don't use under eyes), which made these lines more visible. I started using this Guerlain eye cream again and the lines were gone in a few days! I was very happy, because that was a proof that I hadn't been spending my money on something that it is just OK or just Guerlain, but it actually works! I will keep purchasing it, of course.

I guess this eye cream will be suitable for someone who has oily skin and is worried about having something too rich around the eye area. For me it's just not moisturising enuf, I used it for a couple of weeks and saw no results whatsoever. On the plus side, it doesn't go flaky underneath my concealer. and the package is great, no dipping inside a jar.

Very pleased. I used this first last night, then this morning, and again this evening and am shocked by the immediacy and extent of the results. I can feel my skin tightened up around my eyes and my bags, dark circles, and fine lines are severely diminished. I am in medical school and my eyes bear the brunt of my lack of sleep, good nutrition, and exercise. This, along with other Guerlain products I have recently tried, has turned my skin around for the better; love everything about it!!

Does not reduce dark circles, however, deals well with fine lines caused by the sun. You have to be very, very careful about putting just a tiny amount on the lid, 'cause it's pretty thick and heavy, so it can make your lids puffy. One lippie off for that(( The packaging is cute and handy.

I've been searching for a long time something that would be a miracle for that tiny area under my eyes. I've tried Clarin, Chanel, Kenzo, etc...countless (that's less than 70 dollars) and even buy a separate cream for puffiness and dark circle. Finally, I got to try issima samples by chance. I figured it won't hurt to give it a go and I'm convinced this is it! I don't have fine lines problem, just occasional puffiness and regular panda eyes. It decreased my puffiness about 35% instantly without tight feeling. And it noticeably reduces my panda eyes. It's so much easier to put on concealer now I don't have to pile it on to hide them. Ask the counter for samples, I'm pretty sure you'll be impressed.

I think my search for a product that relieves my puffy eyes is over! I've been looking at this product for a while and I finally decided to try it. I'm so glad I did. I love the Orchidee Imperiale Eye Cream, but it did not reduce my puffiness in the least. Other than that, the cream is great. I also tried Super Aqua Eye since Guerlain makes a puff-reducing claim with that product as well. I think it was too hydrating and made my eyes puffier. Now this Happylogy is something different. The texture is a cream-gel which I like. It penetrates quickly and leaves a velvet-matte finish, no greasy look or feel. I could see my puffy lids deflating rapidly and in a few hours I had my old eyes back! This cream acts much like Chanel's now discontinued Age Delay Eye which I adored. The only thing I don't like is that it's not as moisturizing as I'd like so my fine lines appear late in the day. I just pat on a bit of Orchidee eye cream at the outer corners of my eyes to smooth everything out. Overall I like this product very much and will update soon with any further results. Great packaging too!

I'm 35 and although puffiness is just about the only problem I have with my eyes, I've been obsessed with buying a really good eye cream. So off I went to the cosmetic shop and returned home with Happylogy Eye and very high hopes -- only to be utterly disappointed. No more de-puffing or moisturization than any ordinary cream. And the brighter look is just not happening :( It may be ok for younger skins as a simple moisturizing eye cream but definitely doesn't work wonders for 30-somethings.
OK...here is an UPDATE...I continued using this product and saw *no* benefits at all. Then I decided to get Lancome D-Contraxol and wow...what a difference. Makes my eyes look younger and less puffy immediately. Found my HG eye cream finally!

Best eye cream I ever used. I will be turning 30 in a couple of months and I thought it is probably time to start using an anti-agingcream for the eyes (I probably should have started at 25 because of bad genes, fine lines, crows feet). The saleslady would not recommend any other cream for me except the Guerlain one. I really didn't want to buy this cream, I thought 60$ for 15ml is just silly but I'm glad I got pressured into it. This cream has made a huge difference in so little time. My eye area looks moisturized and healthy. My dark circles are less noticeable and so are my fine lines. I realize now that there is a difference between low and high end brands, I have used Biotherm and Clinique in the past but there was no difference between them and the nivea Q10 so I thought why bother paying that much. I don’t think I will go cheap when it comes to eye creams ever again. I now think this is the one area you should really invest your money in because it is simply the first part to age. The one thing I don’t like about this cream is that it absorbs super quickly before I even had a chance to spread it around so I end up using more of it. This is not a cream for people with wrinkles.

Very emollient but also quick absorbing, so this is good for the A.M. before you apply your eye makeup. No smell either. The reason why I would not repurchase this is because it makes my eyes sting and tear like crazy, so as a result I have not used this long enough to witness any discernible improvements.

wasnt sure after reading some of the reviews, but since i was smothered in free samples by the counter girl i decided to give it a go, so far very happy, has reduced the fine lines that i got from another recently purchased product that had great reviews but made me look 20 years older than i am :( this has manged to correct that in a few weeks, i would definatly repurchase! i have rahter dark under eye circles but they are less noticable since the skin under my eyes is now hydrated and my concealer goes on smoothly. its a bit pricey but well worth the money imo.
UPDATE: decided after trying my samples to fork out the money for a full size tube, after using it now for 3 months (and still have soo much left) i am still pleased with the overall results, the only thing i really noticed is that now that its winter, my undereye area seems to be very dry and i need something slightly heavier for the nighttime to help the dryness from the centreal heating, but for under makeup during the day its perfect. overall for the majority of the year it is a good product and the tubes last alot longer than originally expected, well worht the money.

I am 27 and some dehydration lines appeared under my eyes. This cream took them away and erase my dark circle! Maybe i will buy it again!

Quite happy with this eye cream. After using so many eyecreams before.
It doesnt reduce dark circles (like any cream does) but it keeps my eyes hydrated. Will see in the nect couple of months if it helps reduce the 1st signs of aging.

It's okay not good not bad, give moisture, but not improving dark circle or anything, hence' it's quite pricey

Described as "glowing eye care, action on 1st wrinkles, dark circles/puffiness". Glides on nicely and sinks in quickly, that is, it is cosmetically elegant if that's important to you. Does have a lot of good ingredients, e.g. wheat germ protein, , sodium hyaluronate, plankton extract, but feel the ingredient list is too long and also contains lots of chemicals and about 4 different types of parabens preservatives. Plus, after 3 weeks I didn't see any difference in fine lines, tho it does help with the puffiness/dark circle issues. I think a few drops of jojoba oil in my regular moisturizer would be more effective on the fine lines.

Rec. in swap - used for maybe 3 weeks. Product looks tinted, like a tinted moisturizer, does moisturize well - and the tint seems to help fight the under-eye 'blues' (darkness) - didn't notice my fine lines decrease, and really didn't see dramatic results with de-puffing (not sure if it makes that claim) but maybe I didn't use it long enough. Only reason I wouldn't re-purchase is because I'm a La Prairie gal - that is, whenever I can afford it! Will keep this on-hand, however, for when I run out of my LP

Over the past week since I purchased this, I have noticed a slight reduction in puffiness around my eyes. Price point wise, this is mid-end (With La Prairie and La Mer being high end @ over $100 and Neutrogena being low end @ around $15.) as it costs $60. The texture is creamy but not greasy; color is a pearlescent pink and there's no discernable smell. It's a good lotion that hasn't caused any milia and doesn't irritate my eyes. I'll see if it keeps reducing my puffiness. At this time, I may purchase it again.
