Lovely bottle with cute ring around the neck. Package:4
The polish has silver glitter, but my personal preference is NO sparkles in the polish. Plus, you need to apply 2 ~ 3 coats for full pigmentation. Though nice colour, wouldn't buy this again.
I have this in the newer HC bottle (large, rectangular and flat) and I hear it is slightly different from the original version of Hick which came in the older bottle style.
Hick is super pretty in the bottle: a light, semi-sheer blue with loads of silver sparkles and a soft fuchsia sheen that lends it a periwinkle tone. On the nail, it is very hard to discern the fuschia, though, so that was disappointing, and I docked a point for that. On the plus side, it's very pretty with anywhere from one to three coats. Three coats makes it look like the bottle (except for the fuchsia flash). This would make such a good layering polish, too! One very positive thing to mention is that even though this is a glitter polish, it removes very easily. Even some non-glitter polishes are harder to remove than three coats of Hick was!

A nice purple (periwinkle) polish. This polish is great alone (2 coats works out nicely) or as a top coat for some glittery shimmer. This polish is easy to apply and durable as well. The only problem I have with this polish is removing it after. The glitter seems to stick and you have to work a bit at getting it all off. The end result is worth the battle to me.
This is a pretty periwinkle blue color with slight silverish shimmer, kind of ethereal and fairy like.
