Calling all oily-lidded girls!!! This one's a winner, and I have Kealoha to thank for sending me to it.

This product does magic at keeping my eyeshadow in place. The only other thing I've found so far that works this well are MAC Paints. But what separates this neutralizer from paint is that it's not shimmery at all! The light, yellow-ish-green product looks scary at first, esp. considering my GGG/CCC skin, but it disappears when eyeshadow is applied over it. It also helps me if I apply LIGHTLY & BLEND the neutralizer before applying eyeshadow.

The sponge-tipped wand applicator makes for smooth application, too. Let me just say that I have THE oiliest lids on the face of the earth, and this stuff keeps my most problematic eyeshadows on for several hours. And for $15, it's a steal!

EDIT: I've replaced this with the perfect MAC Untitled Paint, which has no yellow or green undertones. =) continued >>
