Being a lip product junkie, for me this was a surprise winner. I have so many lip balms, treatments and scrubs including the crazy $$$ La Mer Lip balm. I love the mask /scrub, it gets all the flaky dryness off my lips. The balm leaves them so smooth and soft like no other product I've tried and being so affordable too...Bonus! I love it!

I love this product! I got the set, which includes the mask and the lip balm. You may also buy them separately. I use the mask every other day, so as not to overdo it.
After my third use during the first week, my husband commented that my lips felt softer! He rarely ever notices such things! He didn't even know I was using such a product.
I really feel the difference in my lips. My lips tend to be a bit dry and chap towards the inside, and i wind up biting off the peeling skin. But after using this product every other day for a couple of weeks the change is noticeable.
I use this product at night before going to bed as part of my nighttime routine. I scrub on the mask and let it sit for 1 - 2 minutes, per the directions. I then rinse off, dry my lips, and put on the lip balm. The balm is not very dense, it's a bit more runny than other lip balms, but I feel that it absorbs well into the lips.
The price for the set is under $20, so it's okay, but I think you can get away with just buying hte mask and then following it with any other moisturizing balm.

The balm is great but I find it a bit too thin of a consistency.
It's more glossy than balmy. Because of it's thinness it doesn't last on the lips very long. It is moisturising but I don't think it's anything special. It wares off in 20minutes or so.

I LOVE THIS! I live in a climate that is very dry. This is torture when i want to wear a dark lipstick or a matte lipstick as my lips are very often chapped. If I use the mask and balm before I put my lipstick on, the flaky skin is gone and my lips look smooth. It is a lifesaver!

I love both of these products. The lip mask gets rid of my flaky lip bits and the balm keeps my dry lips moisturised. I haven't come across a better lip balm for dry lips.

I have tried many products for my seemingly incurable flaky chapped lips but this is by far the best I've ever tried. This not only has immediate effects but also lasts through the day which is the biggest problem I have with other lip balms. Definitely will re purchase!

I love the Satin lips duo. I received it in my stocking when I was sixteen years old and haven't looked back since. I forget to use it for a while and end up with flaky lips, this takes those flakes right off. The balm is silky smooth which I love, but to be honest I prefer it in the old tub (kind of like the twist top Carmex tubs with the yellow top and white bottom.) and I believe the Nivea stick balm works just as well. I purchase this for myself to put in my stocking every year, but when funds are tight, I just buy the scrub and any balm. This will leave your lips silllkkky smooth, you don't even have to scrub it if you feel like being miss lazy bones. =) All in all KISSABLE!!!

I can't be without these two products. I have very dry lips and nothing I ever put on them works. When I first tried the mask and balm I couldn't believe how different my lips looked. The mask is a creamy scrub that you gently rub on your lips for about 30 seconds once you remove the mask with a warm wet towel you see all of the dead skin come off and your lips look so soft and beautiful. Then you apply the balm. This balm plumps your lips a little bit and gives them a pinkish glow. My fiance always gives me compliments!

i was looking for something to make my lips nice and soft and ran across this product on MUA. it worked! what can i say? no more peelies. i had some dry skin on my lips from a lipstick i recently bought, and now they're smooth and plump and kissable. they look and feel great. i was surprised also at how easy this was to work into my routine. just left the mask on for 2 minutes and removed, then applied balm. no scrubbing required. bought off ebay for cheap. will definitely repurchase.

I've literally used this set for over 6 years. I love them both. I sometimes forget I have this since it gets pushed to the back of my stash and my C.O. Bigalow one got most of my attention. (love that one too). I use the mask at night and apply the balm and head to bed. I wake up with super soft lips. I have never used the mask without the balm or reverse and never purchased 1 without the other. I prefer them together. I have probably purchased a dozen sets for myself and I also purchase these for small gifts for friends. I will absolutely buy this again and again! I do want to add that I prefer the old style lip balm in the jar over this but I will still buy it in the tube

I just had a mary kay party as a favor for a friend. I really didnt have any intention on buying anything since I've become a Lush snob! But this stuff is the best if tried...ive tried Lush and philosophy most recently. So as far a price it was right in line with the other ones Ive purchased, but this actually DOES what its supposed to do. I wear MAC lip glass all day everyday and i do get flakes...but Im on day 2 with nothing but smooth lips this is a winner! Philosophy was way too oily and b/c of the tub it came in sometimes i had to squeeze out alot of oil before I got any scrubbies and LUSH ( heart you) but doesnt do anything a toothbrush or sugar wouldnt do but i love that I can just like it off my lips an eat it LOL and it smells amazing.
Get this! its totally worth it!

I think this stuff is awesome! The balm is a bit unnecessary in my opinion (considering its $9) but the mask is definitely worth the money! After I use the mask, I just follow up with my fav lip gloss and my lips are soft and smooth all day. My whole family loves this!

My aunt who is a Mary Kay consultant had me try this awhile ago and it was so amazing that I decided to order it from her. The mask is so good at removing all of the dead flakes, which I tend to develop quite easily on my lower lip. When I wipe it off, I immediately notice that my lips feel softer and more hydrated. The balm is pretty good as well, but I feel like it could quite easily be replaced with some other type of moisturizing lip product like carmex or vaseline.

I received these as a gift (lucky me). First the mask makes lips satiny smooth then the balm keeps them that way. If you have chapped lips and the like this would be a good product to try. I should add that my lips usually have lines in them, if I use the mask they are gone, period!

Makes my lips soft, but I cannot stand the taste of the buffer. It's very chemically and feels like you squirted lotion in your mouth. I will stick with Vaseline and sugar.

I Bought this at a marykay party and it made my lips very soft and juicy. The only down side is the mask has a weird smell and taste:/... Other than that it's a good set to have handy:)

Miracle in a tube! I don't really use the mask, but the lip balm is AMAZING! It's better than carmex in my opinion...& I love carmex lol When my lips hurt so bad cuz theyre chapped or dry, I slather this baby on & instantly soothes without that tingly sensation you get from carmex. continued >>

I enjoy this duo simply for it's size. It's easy to slip into my bag and use on the road. However, the mask does not get the job done sometimes. I find I have to use it time and time again to get the results I need. The balm is nice and light but I find that it runs right off my lips.
I will only buy this again because sometimes I run out of my favorite exfoliant and because this is easy to carry.

I've had this lip treatment pack for awhile now. I got it from a seller on ecarter for a very low price (2 for 1 deal). I use the exfoliator a lot more than the balm which is why I only gave this combo 4 stars. I would rather get 2 of the lip mask than the balm. The balm isn't long lasting at all and almost feels too watery for my lips so I seldomly use it at night. The exfoliating mask is terrific! I have tried other lip exfoliating tips and this by far does a better job for me. I've had my sets for more than 2 years and have so much left on my first tube set! This stuff last a very long time and you only need very little. I like to use this when my lips are extremely dry, chapped, flaky and during the cold season. Since this set has worked for me I would not mind paying the full retail price at all. If you are on the fence about it, check out ecarter via google for awesome deals, they have google checkout.
