I bought this on a whim as it was on sale amd I'm on a mission to find a good eye makeup remover. Thank goodness I had my contacts out when I first tried it b/c it went on slightly burning and made my vision cloudy for a minute or two. The lotion just concentrates on one spot on your cotton pad and never "spreads out" like other eye makeup remover making it difficult to remove makeup when you have to go over your lid with the same soiled area. I suppose I could try to spread the lotion around on the pad somehow but that sounds inconvienent. Update: The directions recommend putting it on a wet facial pad and I tried that and it was still crappy.

This isn't expensive, but it's still a waste of money. My eye make up is not even waterproof, and it's still hard work to remove it with this crap. And it irritates my eyes.
