first of all, i love the protection that this sunscreen gives~it's hard to find a sunscreen with good uva protection in asia, so that's why i love this sunscreen so much. however, this is a bit hard to rub in, and of u don't rub it in properly, it would ball up and some white flakes would come off.
i don't really notice a white cast when i use this, but it may be becoz i'm really pale. it is also a bit shiny, so u have to set it with powder. but for the protection that you get,i don't mind at all! i will but the spf50 one next time.

Greatest Sunscreen in the History of Sunscreens. But really now, I am in love with the texture of this sunscreen; it's absolutely perfect: light consistency (not runny), takes seconds to apply, no white-cast on me whatsoever, not greasy, not sticky, not heavy, SUPERB protection. What more can you ask for? Sadly, it is so hard to find and super expensive for the amount you get. The tube I got from Hong Kong had fragrance, although I think a previous formulation didn't. This SS is now only available in a select few countries; USA, UK, France NOT being one of them...sigh...

This has got to be the most cosmetically elegant sunscreen I have ever tried and I have tried a lot. If I mix it with the tinted version of Bioderma sunscreen, it looks just like a tinted mosituriser on the skin. It is expensive though and 30ml doesn't last long so I save it for when I need to look my best.

I had high hope for this high PPD sunscreen. Like some other reviewers, I did not have a problem rubbing it in. It went on a bit white at first but quickly went away. Initially, it did not feel greasy, absorbed well, and felt just fine. About an hour in, my face begun to sting (most in my checks). It was very uncomfortable. That was enough for me to stop use of this ss; but it also showed signs of deterioration with a few hours in the sun. The sunscreen became slightly visible on my face and was basically breaking down and coming off. I know you need to reapply sunscreens when in the sun for hours, but i never had one that i could really see the deterioration happening. I would not recommend this for anyone that is even slightly sensitive or has oily skin. so up for swap it goes.

Another huge disappointment from Bioderma. Left horrible white streaks on my skin. The only way to make the white streaks to disappear is to rub it for 15 minutes! I have no time for that in the morning. And after so much rubbing, the s/s might have lost all its efficiency (if you search on skin care board, someone pointed at a research showing that any rubbing will decrease a s/s's efficency). Off to swap!

I might buy this again but it's so very expensive for a small tube. I find it very similar to the Max Lait spf 50 so might not; but it's great to carry in your purse because it's so small.

Finally a high PPD sunscreen that works with my brown skin! Just finished my first tube of this and loved it! It didn't leave a white cast at all. It's a little shiny & whitish at first but that goes away in 5 mins or less. Sometimes my t-zone was a little shiny by the end of the day but nothing I couldn't tolerate -- no where near as shiny as the LRP ones that I've tried. I only wish this were cheaper and available on more sites online. Con: I will probably use another ss on the days I'm outside and sweating a lot. I don't think this is the most water/sweat resistant ss but is great for just an average day. continued >>

I am almost to the end of this tube of sunscreen. I used it infrequently when I first got it. My skin was very oily at the time, and this made it more so. Now that it is winter and my skin is dry from Tazorac use, I use this cream a lot. It leaves my skin slightly moist-looking, but not greasy. It leaves a slight white cast, but I don't mind because I am pale. I have had no problems with "balling" of this product, and it spreads pretty easily. I have had no irritation from this product. It is fragrance-free. It comes in a 40 ml tube with a screw top.

Comparing to the Bioderma MAX cream / lait / fluid, this Antiage Cream is a pleasant to use as it is less shinny and less greasy. However, it got the ball off problem as the other cream version Bioderma sunscreen. I often result in the sunscreen rolling off when applying. It got Vit E and Tinosorb M which is better protection than other US sunsreen, standard for european sunscreen. The cast is minimal, somewhat stronger than Ducray. This cream is more liquidy than Ducray but harder to spread. I prefer to stay with my Ducray Photoscreen Gel-Cream SPF 30.
