I absolutely love this. I had been looking around for a good detangler, and then got roped into buying this when I was picking up my usual Aveda shampoo and conditioner. First of all, it smells really good. Very strong and herbal. It might be unpleasant to some, but I like it. Second, it really does detangle. And that's hard to do with my hair!
The best part is that after about a week of using this, I noticed my hair feeling at least ten times stronger than it was before, and dramatically less shedding. It made my hair feel less "stringy" and just... well, stronger! I'll keep buying this... forever.

I love Aveda Products! I have long, straight, colored hair, which often gets tangled after washing. I had used Matrix Essentials Instacure for a few years and it was my HG, so of course, they've discontinued it. Since then I have used Nioxin Bliss, which didn't do much of anything in the way of detangling my hair, and Aveda Sap Moss detangler, which was recommended to me by many. However, I far prefer Aveda Curessence Detangler Leave-in spray, and I think it has acheived full HG status now! Just a few spritzes onto my towel-dried hair close to my scalp and then combing through, and I'm good to go! Very quick, no fuss and not messy, and that characteristic yummy Aveda herbal scent!

When I first try it, I didn't notice any dramatic results. Since I have pretty much straight hair, I never had the tangle problems. I use it as a light-weight leave in conditioner. Since I usually don't use any styling Gel or hair spray, Leave i Conditioner became my ultimate styling product. The Detangler Spray is best used when the hair is wet. Spray enough just to cover the hair. (Don't over spray your head with it, or else, the hair will end up very 'hard')Style, and allow it to air dry. (Or Blow Dry) The result will leave you a natural-looking styled hair without heavy buildups.
