I used it under the Caribbean sun and it worked wonders keeping my very fair skin from getting burned. However, it makes skin very oily and sticky, which is very uncomfortable and unpleasant (unavoidably, your hair gets all sticky too)

I don't find this sunscreen very sticky (like LRP Anthelios 60) or overly shiny. I ♥ the ingredients and the UVA prrotection. I'm attempting to prevent aging and fade freckles so this is a nice SS for daily for me. Will repurchase. continued >>

I do like the ingredients of this sunscreen, the price is good too. Even though it doesn't leave a white film on the skin, it makes my face a bit greasy and pretty shiny after application. And it doesn't just stop there and gets absorbed over time. In fact, the shine becomes worse after a few hours and my skin would look quite oily (I don't even have oily skin). I need to blot my face so often when I'm wearing this. Went though 1/3 of the tube and had to stop using because I couldn't stand it anymore.

This is based on the canadian version.

I gave this three lippies based on the fact that this does contain excellent ingredients/protection for a sunscreen. Also it did not leave my sensitive skin blotchy or a white cast
(no zinc oxide)
BUT this sunscreen left my skin extremely shiny. I applied sunscreen, a dab of conceal where needed and a ton of foundation powder. Two hours later I am blotting with my C & C papers. (This is a warm day 20 c; not extremely hot.) this would be fine for normal to dry skin. I would not recommend this for oily skin. I was very slick looking even with using my foundation powder and then blotting. I had really wanted to like this one due to the high UVA rating. Oh well the search for the HG sunscreen continues. continued >>

Still waiting on the Anthelios XL Fluide Extreme though. Of the ones I've tried this is the least greasy after the SPF60 from Vichy which is actually less sticky than this on me.. I've tried ombrelle 30 and 45, neutrogena dry touch, biotherm sunfitness 30, anthelios L 60, and vichy 60. I do find that I need to use somewhat sparingly though. I'm considering the OoO spf 30. Anyways, certainly not bad considering the decent protection. Cost $22 CDN regularly for 50ml. I got mine for $17.50 I believe when SDM had a 20% off sale. These have been repackaged but the formulation is the same. This particular one has alcohol denat. in it. Overall my vote is for the Vichy 60. It's $24 for 100ml and I can afford to use that one somewhat sparingly and get protection from it :o)
