ColorWash Surf was made specifically to layer over other colours but can be used to beauteous effect on it's own. It's an iridescent white shade w/ greenish flash. Try layering it over other colours to tone them down. I'm a dark PPP, high colour and neutral in tone with grey-green eyes and light-medium chocolate brown hair which is greying & can change colour on a whim. continued >>
