Generally I love Borghese products. And I love the lipsticks, just wish they came in a bit more variety of colors! The cases are beautiful and elegant, and the lipsticks wear well and are well worth the price. I knocked off one lippy because of the color choices. Would definitely recommend and buy again. (There are some that won't like the fragrance, honestly, it reminds me of retro lipsticks. I can remember sneaking a swipe of my mother's lipstick when I was young and Borghese's lipsticks remind me of that time! Sometimes I think those memories have a lot to do with our choices of scents throughout life!)

When I was looking for reviews of Borghese lipsticks it was surprising to see there are not many. I love Borghese lipsticks and I hope readers will try them. Matte lipcolour is great for older lips. It does not feel gooey or bleed. Also, it does not feel heavy or too dry. Try it and you will be pleasantly pleased.

Eh. I got this in "Stiletto". The packaging is elegant; I'd say this is a "status item" because of the price. But unless you really want the "status," don't buy the product. Much better products exist. The color of this lipstick changed over time -- and I'm not talking about long periods like a year, only say a month or so, and the color seemed to start deteriorating. The smell is displeasing, very chemical. The texture is hard, not smooth or creamy at all. I really had to work to get the pigment on my lips instead of just dragging my lips around. I'll buy a cheap drugstore lipstick that actually smells OK, applys ok, and doesn't change in color over Borghese any day.

This is an expensive lipstick, but there's a reason for the price. It's a nice smooth color, that goes on and stays on. It moisturizes nicely, and the line has a nice range of colors. If it wasn't so costly, I'd buy more!

Beutiful pckaging and the lipstick itself is molded with swirls. Goes on velvety. I have Cocoa (rich chocolate witha rare cool undertone,mkaes my teeth look whiter),Have Vilet and the colors last froever .also,these are individual ti this line. i havent seen any exact duplicates in any other line. My favorite lipstick of any. wish i had them all.

I own this in Blush. It has a nice clean smell and comes in a really sleek small tube. The color doesnt last as long as other long wear lipcolor but it lasts long enough for me.
