I bought the double sided lip palette. Loved having most of my lipsticks in one location. Love that you can see all the colors at once. The problem was the palette broke after 4 months. I now have to hold it closed with a rubber band. If they made one a little sturdier I would purchase again.

This is a really great item. It's great for carrying various shades of lipstick at the same time. I like the fact that it allows me to mix colors. I didn't like the brush so I replaced it with a mini-retractable brush I found at the local beauty supply store. It would be nice if there were a thin silicone cover that went over the palette trays so that the lipsticks didn't get on the mirror or get mixed up on hot days. But all in all, it's a space saver.

These are great, but a little on the flimsy side. I melted my lipstick in a spoon and then poured it into the palette and the heat of the spoon melted the plastic on the palette! The spatula that comes with it is brilliant - means you can get every bit of lipstick out of its packaging.

The small palette with the mirror and brush is better-made than the large 28-well "professional" sized one. I have two small and one large. I find I have like, 7 lipsticks in the bottom of my bag at any given time, so I got a palette to lighten the load. I like having choices. I should not have bought the large palette, though. It doesn' have a mirror and I really don't need to have 28 colors with me at any given time, so it just sits in my makeup case. Plus it's so flimsy I'm afraid it's going to crack if I carry it around anyway.

This came as part of my Ulta order yesterday, and so far I'm quite happy with my order. My little black, 6-well palette now houses several of my lipsticks, which I would have otherwise tossed out because there seemed to be no lipstick left, but lo and behold, the spatula does wonders in scooping out tons of them left in the tubes! I can now toss out the empty containers. This is truly a money- and space-saving tool.

These are a great idea and work well for me. I like having a small container with a mirror and little brush. And I adore being able to choose just the colors I want rather than having to accept the choices of a single cosmetics company.

This is a great thing to have! I use it mainly for when lipsticks break or have melted -- then put them in the palette. Comes with a little brush too, but I prefer my MAC lip brush. I have the six-well palette in black. There are various other sizes and colors.

PROS: allows you to carry multiple lipstick colors in one convenient compact; multiple choices of exteriors and number of wells; CONS: interior is poorly made; flimsy plastic; COMMENTS: prefer Shu Uemura's version even though there is only one model and costs a little a more

Comes with a cute little covered brush (which I invariably lose) and in several sizes (unlike Sephora's, which otherwise are also good). I use these to preserve the last bits of a well-loved, expensive lippie. I dig out the remnants below the case edge with a spatula. You'd be amazed how much is in there to secure the stick! That way I've gotten some final wear out of discontinued colors I like. I tend to keep this in my purse as an emergency stash; with a bit of concealer in one well and some lip balm in another, it's my own, low-rent LORAC 911.

Great bargain for $12.00 (Sephora sells the exact same thing for the same price.) The one I'm reviewing is the PM427 6 well lip palette. The only negative is the darn thing is so small! But I suppose it serves its purpose: slip it in your purse and makeup bag and Voila! Transportable lippies or whatever else you want. I've filled mine with 4 lippies, a stick blush and a concealer stick. I sliced off a tiny bit, put it in a spoon, melted it with a lighter and poured it directly into the well. Looks great--just as if you bought it in the store.

These are the cutest. I have two of them, filled with great colors that I NEVER use. I was all gung ho about them when I got them, but mostly I wasted a bunch of lipsticks filling them. If you really like to carry palettes though, and want to customize them with your choice of colors, they are a great way to go!

These are great things to have if you only have a few lip colors and want to carry them around... I used them and then never touched it again... ended up wasting a whole bunch of lipstick... :(
