I ordered this from AZW, from whom I've ordered many times in the past. The jar of cream arrived and smelled sour. I contacted them and they very graciously replaced the jar. The second one, however, still had sort of a sour underscent (and really didn't have a true bourbon vanilla scent, like L'Occitane or Fresh). A few months ago, I got a jar of my fave body butter in vanilla-grapefruit and it was so grainy it was unusable (although they did replace it promptly and without charge). I'm very disappointed in the recent quality of their products because I liked them and found their site reliable; however, I'm afraid I won't be buying from them again.
