This actually looks a little darker on my lips than I expected it would. In the tube it looks like a very simple, sheer, brownish-burgandy. On my lips it takes on a more berry-toned hue; it looks a bit like a blueish red on me. The name Henna is a bit misleading from my point of view! I do like the formula, though. It's a creamy lipstick with a long lasting finish, although it tends to dry a bit as the day wears on, so all that's left is a stain. I wouldn't have purchased this at full price, but for a sale item I suppose it was worth a try.
