    Even though the reviews on this product are getting dated, it is still a great color. When used as a liner, it accents blue eyes. Add cobalt mascara and it's a home run!

    Very pretty navy blue color! For me, I prefer this over black...makes my blue eyes pop and isn't as harsh. Love it!!

    Great clear navy color! I have oily lids, so most eyeliners (pencils & liquified) smuge, smear or just plain won't leave a nice line, so I went to add water to dry liner style(thank you clinique!)...
