I got a GWP. It is nothing special at all. It is quite heavy and not easy to apply. The smell is not that nice to me. I prefer Clarins or Natura Bisse Oxygen. If you are looking for high end, Sisley makes good body products, too. If you are looking for mid end, try Clarins and HABA.

Wow...for the price you must get something really nice but this cream is NOTHING SPECIAL. Nice texture...but as i say NOTHING SPECIAL...

My skin has been going crazy in the Sydney winter weather recently so I tried my sample of the Diamond cream and it does moisturise very well and softens the skin nicely. The smell is lavender and reminds me of a lavender soap I was given for my birthday when I was 10 hehe. Not the greatest scent. As for the price, wow, well outprices La Mer but to be honest, I prefer this one so much better. So if I had $200US to spend on a body cream (and I don't) I would probably get this.

This product is ridiculously over priced. I cant believe they want $200 for a cream that does the same as most body lotions. This is moisturizing and not greasy and nice and lightweight, but nothing special in my opinion. As a matter of fact, i cant stand the scent, its just too perfumey and slightly medicinal to me. I wouldnt purchase this even if i was rich!

$210 for a 9 oz jar of this stuff is a joke. It did a decent job of moisturizing my dry skin (I self tan in the summer now so I'm always looking for a great moisturizer) and it smelled ok but it really wasn't anything special. I can go and get about the same product that smells better at BBW for MUCH less. There's no WAY I'd spend $$$$$ on this. It's really not worth it at all.
Pass on this and spend your money on something else (like a great pair of shoes, some clothes, or a pile of makeup) but NOT this. continued >>

Also received this (1 oz. size) in a NM promotion, and I tried it several times. Worked nicely, lovely lavender scent, I wasn't instantly addicted but it moisturized my dry spots. Then I looked up how much it costs. Okay. If you want to spend $210 on body lotion, that's obviously your American-capitalist-society right, good job spurring on the economy. But that's not for me. It's just moisturizer, as far as I can tell, and won't make you breakfast in bed or even make you any more beautiful, only marginally better hydrated than a drugstore cream would at the smallest fraction of the Diamond price. Now that I know this little sample tube contains more than $20 in product, I'm a lot more sparing in my usage of it. 3 stars for its moisturizing abilities, but I can guarantee I'll never buy a full size.

I received this in a Neimans promo as well. The lotion absorbs well into the skin. However, it's not heavy or potent enough for very dry skin. The worst part of the lotion is that it smells really bad. At first, the smell was not so distinct. But when my fiance came home he told me I smelled like burnt matches. And ya know what? I did! I won't even finish the sample, because it smells so horrid.

This is a very nice cream, I got a 1 oz size in a naimans promo, and it's really wonderful. The texture is nice, it sinks into your skin and I use it as a hand cream too. I am not a big fan of herbal scents, but this one isn't too offensive and goes away almost completely rather quickly.

Must agree with the review below. Best body cream I've ever tried. Got a sample from a Neimans promotion and was so Wowed by the product - soft and yet not greasy at all. Was absorbed by my skin and gave me the most wonderful feeling - perfect light scent. It is best described by the reviewer below. My skin felt simply wonderful. A real winner. UPDATE: Called to check the price and it is over $200. I don't ahve that much money so I won't buy it. I did love my sample very much though

This body cream is so luxurious and wonderful. It goes on smooth and creamy sinking in to leave a velvety finish. It is not sticky or greasy at all, yet it is incredibly moisturizing and. The scent is lovely, yet hard to describe - very light and herbal with a touch of baby powder. I know, odd scent combo, but upon first application it really does smell like (to me) a blend of botanicals and baby powder. However, after it drys down the scent is just clean and herbal. Very nice! Awesome cream!
