This fiery rich red with a slight copper red shimmer is perfect for December cold and Christmas parties! I have warm pale skin (pasty redhead) and this gorgeous shimmering red is made for me it seems.
It warms me right up. It's like looking into a fire. It has life to it. DH loves it on me. He isn't fond of muddy or muted shades.
I wear it on my toes summer and winter because it is a seasonless classic red. But in the run up to Christmas (and the fall) there is no better red with the possible exception of A Oui Bit of Red which is another favorite of mine in a true clear red, neither warm nor cool.
Wear time is excellent. The shimmer bits always help with wear. It applies easily not too thick or too runny. I don't notice any staining that is worse than any other red. They all do stain a bit but base coat helps.

I got this colour put on my toes when I got a pedicure once and I absolutely loved it! Some say it's a little overwhelming but I really adore the bright red with the gold/almost silver sheen it's got going on.
I went in for a manicure today and got it put on my nails (since I ALWAYS get red nails, no matter what) and I was tired of the bold reds out there, so I chose this when I remember I had it on my toes and I adore it so much!
Two coats is more than enough for me, then a coat of a quick drying formula and I'm ready to go, definitely repurchasing!

Originally, I was looking for any red polish by OPI. Of all the polishes, I decided to choose this because of the gold shimmer. I LOVE this! This is by far the best red polish I've ever tried. All I need is one coat of this and for the price of just $4, I would definitely buy again!

How can i describe this? Possibly the brightest polish i have ever seen, almost neon fiery red with a liberal dose of gold glitter. a little too much going on for my own personal taste, and i hate that the bottle i bought didn't have the new salon brush. the consistency is average, 2 coats makes for decent opacity, but the color is just too intense for my super pale skin. It can be ok on the toes in august when i'm at my tannest, but otherwise, i'm pretty underwhelmed. I will not be buying again.

Warm, shimmery bright but very saturated red; actually completely flattering and not at all clownish on warm FFF me, which I wouldn't have expected. I had this applied over gel acrylics in a salon and thus can't comment on the usual brush, price, dry time etc., but I may very well buy a bottle of this gorgeousness for myself.

Gorgeous color. It's a warm, golden orangey-red. It's very wearable in any situation. Would definitely repurchase!

I just got this polish today and painted my nails. I love red polish and this is gorgeous! A slightly warm red with a gentle gold shimmer. Compared to Big Apple Red and OPI Red, it's a bit lighter and softer. I wish I could get this color in a lipstick!

I love this fiery red color. It's bright and cheerful and fun. It's a shiny candy apple red that is a little on the warm side. It has a very subtle gold tint to it. OPI's description of this color is "a red so hot it's almost scandalous" and it's in their 2003 fall/winter British collection. This is definitely one of my favorites from that collection.

Love it! My sister has only worn this polish for the past 3 years. She tries others but always goes back. In the sun, it looks like "fire" in a good way. The red is a beautiful hue that steals the spotlight without being a obnoxious. I've never seen anything just like it and the hide-n-seek gold is absolutely glamorous and subtle.

OPI polish is the best and this is one of the best shades. My favorite red.

This is my favorite red nail polish. It is perfect on my toes. It does something to make my toes look tan when I am pale! I have gotten many kudos on the color. Now if only I could be less harsh on my hands I would love to where it there but it is very noticeable when it chips.

Simply my favorite nail polish red that I've ever come across and if there was a gloss/lipstick equivalent of this I'd wear it too. My only gripe with it is that I can't seem to find it in stores any longer, but I still have a lot of my 3+ year old bottle left (and it's still looking good) so I'm not overly panicky. Love the name, love the color, love the polish, love all of it. Would buy again when I run out.

I find that red polishes always look different in the bottle then they do on nails. In the bottle Friar Friar is a neon orange red with golden shimmer...not my thing at all. But on my nails its a shimmery bright true red, just true not dark and not orangey. Its perfect. I am very pale and cool toned so I thought this might be to warm but no, its a beautiful red. I could see it classified as fetish or summery or an all the time color for anyone who loves red.

This is a very pretty bright red with an ever-so-slight golden tint, which I've noticed is far more noticeable in the bottle than on your nails. I do think this a lovely color, however, I prefer reds to be be matte. So I don't think I'll be repurchasing. I prefer OPI Red over this, which is a tad darker and matte. Two coats plus Seche Vite topcoat lasted 2 days before noticing slight chipping. Significantly more chipping on day 3.

I just love this shade! Red nails usually do not suit me but this shade is just the perfect red. Its not dark and it looks red from all angles and light. The brush is amazing, glides smoothly and does not clump. It lasts me around three days without chipping whilst without top coat!

I'm cool toned and very fair, but I can actually pull this warm red off! My nail tech actually put it on me the first time I wore it. It's very pretty! Still hate OPI's bottles though. The new pro brushes are great, but I often have trouble getting them open. I have so many colors it's often months between uses of any one of them and they seal. Orly never does that.

I usually dislike red polish but I just love this shade! The pro-wide brush is just perfect for appication, no streaks, and the colour is vivid with just one coat. however, I only gave it four lippies due to its lasting power. unlike my other opi polishes, on the third day this already started to chip. but I'd still re-purchase it!
